It was a lovely dining experience at the 11th Avenue Cafe Bistro. The seating area is quite comfortable with both indoor and outdoor seating options. Ambiance and lighting of the cafe is soothing. The coffee was perfectly brewed and almond croissant was delicious. Staff is very humble and polite. Just a few minor points for consideration: The washroom cleanliness requires attention and the AC in the indoor seating area needs to be checked please.

Friendly staff, quick service. Food was good. We had ordered some sandwiches, pizza, fries & pasta with cold coffee & hot chocolate for kids. Since we were a family and with kids we expected the washroom to be clean but it was not so. Washroom needs special attention because the floor was wet and soggy & unhygienic. Hope the management looks it up. Finding car parking is a major issue here Other than that it’s a nice place to be.

the service is not good at all, probably because there were less staff ( both days that we went). they took our orders and came out 10 mins in to tell us that it was not available. the worst part is the indoor smoking area. we ate,but it was not good. at all. the only thing that keeps me coming back are the croissants. even that, if the prices increased more than 180/-, i probably won't.

Food quality and taste are not up to the standards. In the cottage cheese grilled sandwich there was hardly any cottage cheese, filled with mayonnaise. I ordered masala tea, but plain tea was served.

did the chef change? the same Chicken Piccata tasted really dry. the light was off, no coffee served. the mashed potatoes was a disappointment.

Both food and service need improvement. I have been a regular customer T 11th avenue digholipukhuri. But this Jayanagar outlet just ruined it. Firstly no one was comjng to take our order. Ordered veg alfredo and an iced tea. Pasta had no sauce. Hard pices of penne lying on the plate. Barely some sauce on the bottom, penne was not even soaked. All dried. Worse thing was there was barely any veggies. I discovered Big chunks of raw onions and few mushroom prices. Who adds this much onions to pasta ????? Secondly the iced tea, it was served in a smaller water glass. It was not served on the usual large iced glass like ofher outlets. Iced tasted like just iced water. Barely any concentrate was used. Overall a big disappointing experience with Jayanagar outlet. Did not want to sound rude to the staff as it was New Year day. Will never visit there again.

Horrible waiting time for food, they took 40mins for a pizza which was subpar. This alone spoiled whatever good the restaurant has to offer. Pasta was good, I didn't like large slices of onions though. The environment is extremely noisy, music, kitchen, blender and people.

The food was SO bad. I ordered a chicken piccata, which is served with spaghetti aglio olio. However, when my dish was served, it was poorly presented, the chicken pieces were undercooked, the mashed potatoes were basically aloo pitika without any taste (I had to put extra salt for it to be edible), and the spaghetti was missing. When I pointed it out, they served the spaghetti but it was also undercooked, extremely salty and without any flavour of garlic. They simply put boiled pasta and sprinkled bits of oregano over it. I paid 500 bucks for the meal but felt like it was only worth ₹100, judging by the taste and presentation. Very disappointed. The dighalipukhuri outlet of 11th avenue is way better.

worst experience ever. food was bad. more than half of the items are unavailable. they charged us for extra condiments. last time I visited was a good warm experience that's why I went again but they lost a customer today.
