Food was bad...... service was good.... they don't accept payment/discount via Zomato

I am not sure how a restaurant like this survives in a fast paced world. Ads on the radio don’t mean a thing if you can’t serve a customer with the right experience. First is the parking, there is no clear signage for parking and we were lucky to be the only customers and were able to park our car in the one car parking spot they had. Ambience is below average, there are mosquitoes, the washroom stank and the spoons they served had stains - I had to wipe them with the tissues. The food was okay. Portions were decent for the vegetarian items. We ordered local chicken curry and goroi maas pitika which were tiny servings. The local chicken curry pieces were just bones. In the end, we said we would pay via Zomato - I checked several times and they confirmed I could pay. But finally when it was to pay, they refused citing some random excuses. These are the things that exasperate me - and I really wonder how restaurants like these survive in a world where service is king
