Deserves 0 star! Went to this restaurant today for the first time after hearing it from everyone. Ordered Kolkata Chicken Biryani. First of all, the staffs were very rude while taking orders and took quite some time to serve the food. Now coming to the food quality— I have attached the photo of the chicken they served in the Biryani. The chicken was absolutely inedible, being hard, cold and full black from inside. It was stale and spoiled chicken which can be very well understood. When brought into the attention of the staff, they kept on lying about the "freshness" of the chicken and said that was blood mark! They constantly tried covering up the entire thing. When asked about the manager (who was not even in the shop),he didn't do anything either. This was the first and the last time I visit this restaurant and will also request people to see the reviews before going to this place. In short: WORST EXPERIENCE! 👎👎👎

Worst Outlet ever.. they just don't care about the customer.. i ordered food worth 1500 and after 1.20 when I called them to know about my order they said it will take 1 more hr to prepare and didn't mentioned me the issues they were facing.. and very casually they said to cancel order if I couldn't wait for 1hr.. they should know the value of their customers... i ordered lunch around 2.30 pm they said it would take around 4.30 what kind of outlet provides food after 2hrs of waiting this is the worst and I mean THE WORST outlet ever I have seen.... I will never suggest any one to order from them.. other outlets have a basic sense that if their order is not ready after a appropriate time they themselves calls the customer and clears the situation.... in this outlets case I have to call them 100 times and then they will response...

few months ago, we ordered biryani from this restaurant. We waited for an hour, but our order was never delivered, so we left. Today we went again after a long time, and the situation has gotten even worse. The food quality is really poor — the chicken in the Chicken 65 and Kabab Biryani is exactly the same, even the smell is identical. The only difference is that biryani has rice, while Chicken 65 doesn’t. The Hyderabadi Biryani felt like they just served chicken with gravy and called it biryani. It used to be such a good restaurant — I just can’t understand how it’s getting worse day by day. We’ve eaten here many times before and it was always quite good, but today’s experience was really, really bad.

Today I visited the restaurant with my friends and got a really bad experience MY friends order chiken biryani the chicken pieces are not fresh And i ordered paneer veg biryani and they served biryani with a chicken pieces If you vegitarian please avoid the restaurant

Really terrible experience. The food was delayed for over an hour even without rush. When it did come in, it was cold and flavorless. The staff was uncooperative and refused to listen
