I wanted to take my parents out for a nice dinner. My friend suggested this place. We reached by around 9 pm and the streets were dark by the time we reached. We were the only customers at that time and I wasn’t sure if the food will be great. But I was taken aback by the amazing quality of the food served. The Assamese veg thali was delicious yet simple and without tons of spices. But the rockstar of the night was definitely the Smoked Pork made in Outenga (elephant apple). It was simply smashing. Something that I can have daily for the rest of my life! MUST try item. The prices were also somber. Only 1300 for 4 folks. I’m surprised by so many negative reviews here, maybe delivery isn’t their forte.

I went with my friend, he had a great time with his pork thali with black sesame. The presentation, quantity and everything was great.. and ofcourse the yummy khichdi saved my unwell stomach and apetite. Thank you for the service 😊

Good place to hang out with friends and the food of course was amazing..especially the smoked pork i would say is one of the best in town

I will be straight to the point. I hope this can help the owner in a constructive way. The food is good. Very authentic, the ingredients taste fresh, good presentation, good quantity. The only one factor, for me, that hindered me from experiencing a great lunch was the service. Some of the members of the staff seems nervous, and cannot handle pressure from customers. Completely being honest, including us, two more tables were slightly irritated due to the slow service. While our table tried the best to maintain patience, after an hour it started to get to our nerves. It was really hot outside, the prospect of venturing out for a new place for lunch disturbed us, so we kept quiet.....waiting and waiting. Some staff who was responsible for cleaning the tables after the customers left, was another turn off. By the look of his work ethics, one can surely say that he hates the job. Yes, cleaning tables is not the best job in the world, but seriously he needs to learn some decency and manners when other customers are around that you don't throw and clatter around the plates. Pick them up quietly, and leave! This don't need training, this needs common sense and behavioural change. Like I said, I did enjoy the food. It has a very homely feel, which is a compliment, meaning the food was comfortable, and relaxing. I thoroughly believe customers would be really happy, if the owner can twig a tinge of behavioural changes among the staff. Out of 5: Taste: 4 Ambience: 5 Service: 1 Price: 3.5 This place has a huge potential in the ethnic food scene in the city. All the best. Cheerio!

I ordered fish thali where two items were missing namely fish pitika/small fish fry and payokh. Now there might be shortage of these two items but then they should have charged less, since i ordered this fish thali specially for the fish items served in the the same. Taste wise it was an ok thali.

Rice tales - Ordered Veg thali from them via zomato after reading reviews On Zomato and also after seeing the pics of thalis but to my surprise MANY of the ITEMS I had seen in the pics were NOT GIVEN along with the pack to me and out of the given items two veggies tasted aweful. Expected much more from this place Suggestion- Directly go and eat is much better from here I guess , many other ethnic outlets serves better online.

Ordered mini chicken thali and pork thali through Zomato, as mentioned in the menu for 2 sabji and papad was not given with the delivery (only 1 bhaji was given). Also the quality of the pork was not upto the mark, only 2 pork piece was given. However chicken was good with 4 pieces. Rice could have been a little more in quantity. Not satisfied.

Found multiple steel threads in in one of the khichidi thalis. Poor quality rice used compared to the price charged per Thali... Free Side dishes are ok in quality but very very limited in quantity...2-3 teaspoons.. Overall very bad experience.. Hope the Resturant will take notice of this and try to improve ..
