The food quality is beyond the experience that gwalior people must have experienced till now. The food is really authentic and worth the money. I really am a big fan of their ramen and momos. Their taste is lovely and I have not experienced such a taste anywhere in Gwalior before. Thankyou for such an authenticity and genuine taste.

First time in Gwalior ,a real authentic Chinese taste , look , and aroma and great variety 👍🏻 Very convenient location with ample parking , very good interior and very professional and well trained cook and staff . Best wishes 👍🏻👍🏻

Far away from city, average ambience, average food, average cleanliness, higher preparation time and non-welcoming staff. These are the terms which sums up the place accurately as of now. My friend asked me to try out this Chinese restaurant so I travelled 13 KM to try it out. Upon reaching the restaurant staff didn't even welcomed or even greeted us. We simply went upstairs and sat there. After few mins waiter came and we ordered Veg Ramen and Veg Sushi. We two were the only customers there at that still the preparation time was 30+ mins, finally after more than 30 mins the noodles (ramen) came. Quantity was sufficient as I couldn't finish it. The taste was okay, similar to packed Kimchi noodles just with extra paneer pieces. Worst was the sushi. First thing, the rice was unfresh. It was kind of smelly or bad tasting. It felt that it could get rotten in 1-2 hrs. I just ate 1 piece and couldn't eat it anymore. The sushi had rotten rice, unflavored paneer pieces, carrot pieces wrapped in black sea weed. Lol what's Burger and all doing in a Chinese restaurant. Cheap knock off typical photogenic cafe in the name of "Chinese cuisine" Cleanliness too was bad, just below our table there were capsicum pieces lying around. Guess it wasn't cleaned nicely. The packed water bottle had yellow oily texture on it. Maybe the chef is handling the water bottles while preparing food lol. Thank God tissues were there to clean the hands. The staff too seemed unknowledgeable, we asked the serving guy to instruct how to eat through chopsticks, he couldn't :) That's okay. We paid the bill and left. Again no thank you or any greeting from the guys sitting at counter or restaurant staff. Was my first try, will be my last.

Worst thing ever. horrible experience. we just went into the outlet and there was an issue going on, few of the girls who ordered vegetarian food were served non-veg. they even ate it and once they realised and complaint, the restaurant staff just brushed it off saying that these things happens. I mean you are serving non-veg to a vegetarian in such a reputed outlet and saying these things happens. this wasn't enough when all of this commosion happened one more family was also complaining that their food is also looking like chicken, and it was chicken. they were pure vegetarian. I mean it's such a shame that people don't even consider someone's religious value, and emotions. it wasn't about the food by that, it was about their response to that. I mean how can you take someone's values so lightly. they were very casual about this whole thing. saying that customers were wrong for asking for explanation from them. we left the outlet immediately , I would never wish to eat at a place like this. not even recommended someone to eat their. it should be closed immediately.

Ordered a veg thukpa and there was a chicken piece in there. I am a pure vegetarian person and they served non veg to us and when we complained about it the manager was not even sorry she didn't even say sorry and used sentences like "it's done now what can we do" and even after we complained they were still serving it to other vegetarian customers and when we shouted and talk about it then only some more people got to know that even they have chicken pieces in their vegetarian dishes. Worst place and worst customer service.
