It was a great experience. All the starters very good and satisfying the palate. We ordered fish tikka, prawns chilli, fish finger and crispy water chestnuts. Apart from fish fingers all were really really amazing. To top it all the service provided by Mr. Youvraj was top notch and he was always there to help us out.

The place offers a nice view, but overall it doesn’t live up to the Marriott standard. Other aspects felt quite ordinary, more like an average Mumbai restaurant. Even the menu card was physically worn out, which added to the disappointment

The food served - particularly non veg items such as lamb and chicken were not of good quality and had to be returned. The place has an amazing view and the staff was very helpful in getting some veg items in lieu when we returned the non veg platter.

Subject:Complaint Regarding Misleading Practices at Hyderabad Marriott To the Marriott Management Team, I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction concerning a recent dining experience at your Hyderabad location, which has subsequently come to my attention as a potentially systemic issue. I utilized a 50% discount voucher obtained through Zomato for a dinner reservation. Upon placing my initial order, I was informed by your staff that to maintain the validity of the Zomato discount, it was imperative to settle the bill for the existing order prior to midnight. This was presented as a non-negotiable condition. Subsequent communication with Zomato has revealed that this information is entirely inaccurate. Zomato has confirmed that no such requirement exists for the application of their promotional discounts. This discrepancy suggests a deliberate misrepresentation of policy by your staff, potentially aimed at generating increased revenue through undue pressure on customers. Furthermore, during my current stay at your hotel, I have been informed by fellow guests that this practice of instilling unwarranted apprehension in patrons appears to be a recurring pattern. ( That's why I'm writing this review so late) I find this conduct to be deeply concerning and detrimental to the reputation of the Marriott brand. I request a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate measures to ensure that such misleading practices are immediately ceased. I also seek a formal response addressing the steps that will be taken to rectify this situation and prevent future occurrences. I anticipate your prompt attention to this serious matter.

On Valentine’s day, we paid hefty amount to get calm and enjoy the moment with the ambience but with poor management of the pub crowd the experience was destroyed. The food and hospitality by servers was the only saviour. The romantic ambience was destroyed by constant nudging of the guests coming for smoke in that area and the loud noise of the DJ, it was like a park where people were walking in and out which completely destroyed the evening. If you are unable to manage don’t do it, we pay this kind of money on these days for peace and calmness to spend quality time with partners and enjoy calm romantic ambience to express love for each other in that ambience

Place is very very untidy, poor maintenance. Dirty sofas and tables Food was equally stale - the starters chilli prawns had weird smell. Avoiding this place next time!!

worst service ever. hardly they have tables to service. food takes forever to reach your table. food is never served hot. not worth the prices and for the ambience.
