I had a nice experience at Firefly Restaurant. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was good, and the food was enjoyable. Definitely a spot I’d recommend if you're looking for a pleasant meal out. Looking forward to visiting again!

We went for a Lunch buffet. The food was just ok not much of the varieties or options available. While it was unlimited, it was too spicy, I think it should be ok for people who choose the bar menu. Service wise it's pathetic: Asked the waiter to get water and I kept waiting for him for 10 mins without having food and I suddenly found him standing and chit chatting with someone else in one corner and least bothered that he left our table to get water. Then I asked another waiter to remind him to get water, but instead he himself got the water for me. Bill comes with Service charge added and it's not even mentioned as Optional and he was ready to swipe the card. Not sure why I should be paying the service charge for the worst service that I received, i politely asked him to remove the charge, he manually counted and removed instead of getting another bill. I then paid the balance amount. Overall, the place has good music, and the location is amazing but the only Negative side is the Service. They are so lethargic that they don't even refill the Buffet food counters especially juices and soups. There was a lady walking around who was asking if we needed anything else. That was the only good thing that happened, I think she might be the owner and kept checking on us. I can't handle spicy food and upon hearing it, she didn't even make an effort to get me some customized non spicy food or starters. If it was a barbeque nation, i would have easily gotten customised starters and food for me. But again, this is my experience and it doesn't mean that everyone will go through the same because everyone else has their own choices of taste and food.

Service is very poor,we went for a ladies night and had a free drinks and they added in to the bill and even the cover charges are redeemable for food which they didn't done/added into the bill.We paid the whole bill and when we were asking for the proper bill they didn't even responded properly at night and are saying it's time for closing and u should pay the bill immediately
