⭐ Highly disappointed. I do not recommend this place. They claim to serve 150+ items, but honestly, not even 15 were properly prepared or served. Starters: Mostly chicken items, and even those were undercooked/boiled and extremely oily. Mutton, fish and prawns were mostly batter and fillers — you could barely find the actual meat. Main course: Again mostly chicken, with very limited variety. Food was poorly cooked, bland and lacked proper seasoning. Desserts: Barely 2 pastry options, with no refills. The sweets tasted overcooked and had an unpleasant smell. Chaat: Even a roadside chaat vendor could do much better. Hygiene: Very concerning. The overall hygiene standards appeared poor. Staff: Rude and dismissive. When we gave feedback, they simply denied the issues instead of addressing them. Overall, poor food quality, limited variety, questionable hygiene and disappointing service. Definitely not worth the money. I paid 1300 per head.

Poor experience with Sarath city outlet. I have been to Gachibowli outlet multiple times and it was nothing less than amazing. But Sarath city outlet seemed a mistake overpriced for the food and service offered, poor customer service, counters with lean staff.

Misleading Pricing Advertisement at the Restaurant itself. Even asked before entering. but A rude receptionist misguided again only to deny again Later. District wouldn't do anything even if you complain was the answer.
