It’s decent place. Used to be good but they have degraded their taste especially in cheese cake . More biscuits and other stuff in cheesecake than cheese

This place lacks everything. No good food, no service and no courtesy. The place is good looking but that’s it. The service is just flat. The guys kept in changing as we were placing our order. Literally the 4th guy took our final order. The food came on time but disappointingly served. Burger came with 4 pcs of some chips. Margerita pizza had no flavour. The cheese was too salty and the sauce was bitter. Also the crust was made of croissant like flaky base. The burger didn’t have any lettuce, tomato, cheese or onions. It was just filled with some sauce and grilled chicken that’s it. The French fries were too oily. Only above average tasting thing was the shawarma roll with only downside was the bread. The staffs were super rude and were acting busy even though the restaurant was less than 50% of the total occupancy. When we questioned one of them why the burger is like this he said it’s like that only and directly told us that he will call the manager. The manager said that most of the things were either discontinued or altered in the recipe. He gave us a fresh burger as replacement with “added veggies” but it didn’t make any difference. I recommend don’t even try going there for any food. Maybe desserts but I can’t vouch for that.

This is for swiggy order. SHAME on the person who kept lying on and on. order placed by 7.46 pm and I get a call from swiggy at 8.33 to inform my item not available. when store person was taken into conference he kept on lying first he said "order recieved only 20 min back" which was a BLATANT LIE!!!! Then he went on to say he has called and I did not pick up after first saying I was not reachable again LIES! It is highly unprofessional and incompetent and disgraceful to blame customer by speaking lies repeatedly besides accepting their incompetence. after waiting over an hour to get birthday cake the order cancelled without explanation. SWIGGY is also to blame for this fiasco. I would not recomend this place for their sheer negligence and not taking responsibility besides being unprofessional employees. Have some decency to accept mistakes instead of blaming customer. SHAME

Totally disappointing experience. The Hazelnut pastry didn’t have the hazelnut flavor at all and was just chocolate. The pastry was stale, rubbery and hard to chew. The blueberry cheesecake is another disaster with no proper crust and the cake was too dry. We took 3 pastries which costed us 600+ and these people are pathetic, can’t even give a decent piece of cake for being so pricey. Better think twice before buying from here because many people fall for their overly lit interiors and extravagant decor instantly giving you a vibe of delicious food but it’s quite the opposite. Will never order from here again and waste my money.

Don't even think about ordering from this place until you've looked at their ridiculous packaging fees. It's a total scam targeting innocent customers. The nerve of these people! And why on earth are Swiggy and Zomato turning a blind eye to this injustice?

Tiramisu was hard as frozen butter. Manager changed it on request, still it was same. Both Tiramisu and Medovik were super sugary and not good at all.
