One of my worst experiences dining here I have reached to the restaurant at 2:15 got the menu card and placed order by 2:35 but I got my food served by 3:30 pm very much reckless staff nobody cares you here I think they’re running the restaurant with less no of staff than required even the food is also not upto to the mark half baked chicken half baked baby corn. At last we ordered three biryani’s they got all three at a time infront of us and they served two and left one they had served to the beside table and then when we asked for ours he said it’s one the way . As we are in hurry we asked them to parcel and give even for they took like 20mins and another 10mins for giving the bill and in the end after I paid through zomato he said this is not our restaurant and made me wait for 20mins more as he said he has to check … literally barbaric staff..even if you go there even after reading this review imagine who your..

If paid from Zomato, staff is asking for our mobile number and signature on the bill. they are treating us as if we are trying to avoid bill paying. This is a pathetic practice. Will Zomato won't help them on the payments part if there are any issues? My question is, why do you need our personal data if you have a code available once the payment is done and also you will get an email. Change the practice or stop using Zomato.

Lots of waiting time after ordering (even though very few people were eating) and sub-par quality of food. Dhanturi's need to concentrate more on such important branches.

Bill payment is a hassle. They are very reluctant to allow payments via Zomato or Swiggy apps for food. Liquor payments are not accepted from Zomato or Swiggy apps at all.

Good experience. Staff were good, provided our baby with baby chair and chocolate sticks. Service timing was good. Tasty kebabs. Food needs to be little more hot for my liking.

Hey Epicures! Visited Swagath Grand recently which is situated at Nagole, Hyderabad. This place is a group of Dhanturi Group Of Hotels. The ambience of this place is amazing having a good seating area with disco theme songs. The food i tried here is : ➡️Crispy Prawns ➡️Mocktails ➡️Veg Manchuria ➡️Veg Coins ➡️Chicken Majestic ➡️Chicken Malai Kabab ➡️Paneer Tikka ➡️Hara Bhara Kabab ➡️Chicken Spicy ➡️Butter Naan ➡️Garlic Stuffed Naan ➡️Mutton Biryani ➡️Chicken Biryani ➡️Paneer Biryani Overall, my experience here was amazing loved the food and their hospitality. Its really a very good place to visit and spend quality time 😍

It is not driven by a responsible people and dont have manager for the parcel services and manager also dose not have responsibility to come sort the issue. So stupid that he is avoiding the incident call. Seriously one should consider before availing the services from.. Looks like after recent management change people behaving here with their own terms.
