Last time when we visited the food was a blast ... expecting the same we visited again and it was just mediocre...Marg wasn't hot...Though the starters were tasty it wasn't even warm...We informed the server to bring Biriyani not...but it was just the top rice serving that was warm and again the same problem. Went with a lot of expectations but returned in vain 🫡

Worst experience while ordering online. Ordered haleem and Paneer Shahi korma. It wasn't paneer Shahi korma as they sent paneer butter masala instead with ton load of oil. Spilling all over due to bad packing. The hotel knew it is leaking but still with out a thought sent in another plastic bag. Pathetic way to run a restaurant 😞 Ruined the dinner, avoidable completely

Horrible Experience – Never Returning to Imperial Restaurant I had one of the worst dining experiences at Imperial Restaurant when I visited with my family. We placed our order at 11:15 AM, which included biryani, chicken majestic, roti, and chicken mandi. The first dishes only started arriving around 12:00 PM, but the biryani never came. To make matters worse, the biryani was meant for my expecting wife, and due to the long delay, I had to go out and buy juice separately just to keep her comfortable while we were still waiting. We watched as several customers who came after us were served quickly and left well before us, while we were still sitting there waiting. By 12:34 PM, we had enough and paid the bill, asking them to pack the biryani for takeaway. Even then, it took another 15 minutes to receive it. The staff seemed completely careless and disorganized, offering empty apologies without actually doing anything to resolve the issue or prioritize our order. This kind of experience is unacceptable, especially when dining with family and with someone who’s pregnant. The service was beyond disappointing, and it felt like we were being ignored while others were being prioritized. I will never visit this restaurant again and strongly do not recommend it to anyone. They clearly lack basic customer service and accountability.

I have ordered 3 chicken Haleem but received only one box with one spoon where the other 2 boxes went I don't know I asked the delivery partner about this he is saying restaurant guys gave one cover I took that and delivered..
