Very nice place to be at Forum..filled with people. Nice to hangout with friends and family. Food here is really excellent, I had the popcorn and zinger .. do not know what special spices they add, the food tastes so juicy and tasty. Love KFC. Truly awesome food.

Yesterday i visited there with friends. Had a great time, the ambiance was cool, clean and lightings were just perfect. The staff was so polite and helping, they offered us chilled water at the counter. I love kfc. Service -4 Ambience -5 Taste - 5

I usually hang out with my friends after the movie. I enjoy the zinger burger combo with drinks. Feel it's the real chicken patty unlike other place. Quite small space bit the ambience is good.always feel loved at KFC

Hot wings is very tasty and juicy, one of the finest food I have ever had ...I would like to visit again and again...choco krusher is one of my favourite dessert in kfc....so yummy 😍😍

This is a really tiny place with around 10 tables for dinein.They serve food rapidly and staff was so cool.

KFC known name and famous in every where , but but wait , in forum sujana Mall kfc staff is not following SOP , even they don't greet to guest nor taking in good way, look at all pic , french fries was not fresh , it was old stock , even chicken large was not good in taste , So over all it was worst experience at KFC

We have ordered big 8 bucket and large popcorn, no ketchup packets given, we wasted large portion of food bcz of this.

I don't know what is wrong with kfc . Day by day they are giving very less and tasteless food for higher price. Kfc should keep in mind that at same or lesser price we can have tasty food in other outlets and that to same dishes with higher quantity and quality. The line was always big and always one counter will be closed . After paying huge and waiting for long do we get satisfied food no . Kfc has changed its quality and quantity. Obviously most of the outlets have Air conditioning but guess what they never use it

Disappointing is an understatement for the zinger burger. It was not even warm. The chicken was not stale luckily. The mayo and lettuce were not fresh. The signature fried chicken was also disappointing. Not much taste in it. Fries were not soft at all. Don't know if their quality came down or if it was a bad day.

Popcorn biryani bowl and popcorn chicken is the worst , I never expected this from kfc . It was flop , how come they are serving chicken which isn’t fresh , hot and not crispy
