they didn't serve as per my preference. I asked for less spicy biriyaani which I couldn't eat. They told us to wait for 10 to 15 min to prepare the food but took around 45 min to serve the food. Everybody in the resturant was very unhappy for service

There was significant delay in the getting the order and rice items were not good. We left 70% of the food uneaten

Not at all satisfied with the food. Even though there was no one at the restaurant food was served very late, they took nearly an hour after the order was placed. Neither starters nor biryani was good and tasty... improper salt n sauce quantities..when asked, they said the head chef did not come. Highly disappointed. Strictly not recommended to Kritunga, miyapur (in GSM mall)

We had a very bad experience with Kritunga here, the curry which we ordered came in a small bowl which is just enough for 1 person but the price is 350+ and Gobi Manchurian hardly 12 prices for 315. The prices are too high and the quantity is too small.

Worst Kritunga experience ever. Felt like the employees there are serving notice period. Very uninterested on work. Even thumps up took 10 mins. Very bad experience. Felt like leaving before the order served. Table not cleaned and reluctant to clean

The food quantity is very less and prices are very high compared to other nearby restaurants. Took around 30 mins to bring the order and was surprised to see the quantity. If you are lucky enough you will get free flies falling on your plate.

rude & neglect behavior am waiting for 15 mins there for table still not cleaning the table then am walked out from there. 4 tables not cleaned after customer leave the table. manager not responding to me & my family.
