After telling the service twice to change the glasses for water, they did not bring it. I eventually had to drink from the bottle.

One of the worst experiences i have had in a restaurant. The service has just very rude, the employees were bad behaved and using hand signals to communicate with customers. There was clear bias with in service to the customers, the employees were judging customers and behaving accordingly to them. They have not even placed spoons or glasses on the table. When asked for a extra plate to drop waste from our plates they literally gave only 1 plate. The employees were just under behaving and lack basic hotel managing etiquette. What a shame paradise has become even with the fine dining prices they could not offer basic services

The service is so slow for food they take 20 mins understandable but for bill???? They took 15 mins and also the waiters were bothering alot to order somethjng like it was forcefull and also in the end they came to us till door to take the pic of bill which was nnoying

The service was not upto the mark. Server Farroq didn’t serve properl, without asking served food on kebabs though we said him to stop atleast others plate to be holded and the lady waiter at front is so dull and doesn’t fit at that place of POC.

ordered spl chicken biryani as the menu says extra piece for an extra price of 150 on the normal full biryani price. worst food and the service personnel says he has given extra rice.. pathetic.. not recommending to any of my friends and family

I’m very disappointed with the service. Food was served after 40 mins of ordering and then for each of the dishes it took almost 10-15mins to be served. Staff was not even listening when we tried to talk. Pathetic service from such big name

one of the worst biryani. Paradise is servicing non-hyderabadi biryani now.. very bad.. paid for spl biryani.. nothing special about it i.. not going to recommend any of my friends and family.

ordered egg biryani. it was just boiled eggs topped with some curry and biryani rice. it's a crime to call this dish a biryani. hope the company takes a note and improves.
