Went for dinner along with my wife. ordered for starters veg spring rolls, very delicious. Main course ordered for day's special Paneer Biryani, khaju curry, Excellent. Staff is very friendly, smiling, courteous, Ambience is very good. Shanbagh is my top priority for amazing food.

We have ordered for the paneer snack of the day it was pretty good, a very decent place for the vegetarian dining and the menu also has got great vegetarian options.

Sorry for empty box pic. I forgot to take when i get the order. I preserved the empty box. Food taste is ok but quantity is terribly low for that cost. Buying it without offer is waste of money. I got it for 103 rupees and i felt it is also not worthy. Quantity of rice made me laugh(big one at Bottom middle)

Have been coming to this place for years now. The service was always a tad slow but has become worse now. This place is over staffed but no one has any clue about what to do. Placing a menu card on table takes 5-10 mins and you need to ask for drinking water to be served. The only saving grace for this place is the decent south indian food they serve.

Worst dining experience. Extremely dissatisfied with the Chef and the Staff at the restaurant. I ordered for Manchurian and asked for Mint Chutney. They refused to serve it saying Mint Chutney will not be served with Manchurian and will be served only with Kababs. I have visited multiple restaurants till date and they all served Mint Chutney with all the starters when asked for and never denied. I was very disappointed to hear this from the staff named Akhil at Shanbagh hotel, Punjagutta.

worst dining experience, unresponsive staff. They charge 350 for a thali and took 25 minutes to refill anything. Bad taste, bad staff, bad food. If the owner is reading this, please change your staff or you are facing a closure soon.

Worst restaurant.They r selling spoiled and dead cockroach food . Never buy food from these restaurant. And they didn't lift the call also.
