Food is good, utensils are clean and the seating area is accompanied by a good scenery. The only thing missing is that they don't offer ginger/cardamom tea and the normal one is a bit thin considering the price.

I reached by 9 AM and surprisingly the chaos had now yet started. Out of everything we ordered I liked their Sambar Vada and Filter Coffee the most. The Ghee Karam Dosa that I got was not crispy and the masalas even though they had a nice bright texture didn't quite have the punch that I was expecting. Vadas were crispy from outside soft from inside just the way they should be. Rava Kesari was just so so and too sugary & sweet for my palate. Overall a good experience

Known for their Breakfast. Tried mini lunch thali from this place. Thali consists of Pappu, roti, kakaralu fry, aloo curry, laddu, sambar rice, curd rice, flavour rice and papads. Food is limited. I mostly liked Pappu, sambar rice and curd rice. Grape juice is a must try Overall ok.

Except idly, other items (dosa, puri, coffee) were subpar. Chutneys, samber and potato curry provided along with puri was tasteless. While providing coffee don't mix sugar, which creates a taste gradient(first bitter and towards end too sweet). For a self serving establishment service, could be better. But have maintained the place well.

I have dined at many restaurants over the years, but this place has set a new low standard for customer service that I never thought I would encounter. The staff here seem to have absolutely no interest in doing their jobs. We waited at the door for a long time with not a single person bothering to greet us or guide us to a table. When we eventually sat down, the waiter who finally approached us had an attitude that was cold, impatient, and frankly disrespectful. It felt like we were interrupting their personal time just by being there. Simple requests were either ignored completely or met with visible irritation. Asking for the bill became a mission in itself — we had to get up and find someone, which is absolutely unacceptable. At one point, staff members were loudly chatting among themselves while a whole section of customers sat unattended. No amount of good food can justify being treated like you do not matter. Dining out is supposed to be an enjoyable experience, not a battle for basic human decency. This restaurant desperately needs a complete overhaul of its staff culture and management approach. Avoid if you value being treated with respect.

I ordered curd rice from Swach Restaurant yesterday and it was a very disappointing experience. First of all, they didn’t even provide a spoon. How are customers supposed to eat curd rice without a spoon? Secondly, curd rice is usually served with lemon or mango pickle, but instead they added a random mixed chutney on top of the curd rice. It was completely mixed into the rice and ruined the original taste and flavor. On top of that, they added a lot of raw curry leaves which made the taste even worse. Overall, the dish was poorly prepared and the taste was completely spoiled. Totally a bad experience and very disappointing.

Swach ironically is very dirty. Kitchen what you can see from counter has turned black. Floor has muck, discarded and spilled food and plastic bags. It used to be clean but it has gone too bad. Everyone is always busy in packaging online orders and gets angry when you follow up for food on counter. Common wash area is blackish and sink is very dirty. Extremely dirty, I will avoid it. Better options available in the area.

been here today for breakfast.. the quality and taste can be much much better. there is no taste or flavour in the chutney or dosa. the wada was an oil factory. the rava kesari tasted like chewing sugar with other flavour whatsoever
