Our Son's Birthday cake arrived from here. It was delivered in a jiffy and without a scratch which is remarkable considering the distance involved. Tastewise it was really yummy, dark chocolate with the right consistency.

i ordered pineapple which was the worst pineapple cake I had .. doesn't look like a fresh one. Lotus biscoff cheesecake was good

The taste is awesome. The look of the desert is decadent. But the service is horrible. My orders have been cancelled without notice, after payments, due to high orders. Every order is important. If they are not able to service a high count of customers, then they should have the proper staff to take down their availability status. On numerous occasions now, I have experienced cancelled orders. This eatery doesn’t care about the local orders. It only cares about large orders. They don’t realise that small orders are repetitive orders that build daily income and one large order comes, maybe, once. They should be treating their small orders as precious.

The service was terrible, after asking very specifically for brownies without nuts and letting the server know of a nut allergy. We were served brownies made with almonds. This was a to go order and when I tried contacting customer care they just hung up on me. If you have an allergy be very aware, Theobroma does not pay attention to customers’ requests.

We tried paying through zomato but first scanner wasn't working, the other one was switched off. We waited for it to switch on, it's scanner still wasn't working. Neither was it showing any code. So cash is mandatory I guess. 👎🏻

Ordered redvelvet , cheese cake and a truffle.. unfortunately all of them were smelly, not fresh at all had soke weird after taste. Totally disappointed

They will not read any instructions or follow when you order! They don’t care how many times you tell the same thing!! Super bad service!!
