Undisclosed Packaging Charge on Dine-in Bill. I visited your Inorbit Mall, Hyderabad outlet on 05/07/2026 and was surprised to find an "Eco Packaging Charges" fee of ₹5 added to my dine-in bill without my knowledge or consent. No takeaway packaging was requested, nor was I informed of any such charge before billing. Charging customers without prior disclosure is unfair and lacks transparency. I also request that your billing practices be reviewed so that customers are informed of any additional charges before payment. While the momos tasted decent, I don't believe they justify the premium pricing. Paying ₹265–₹295 for just five pieces of momo per dish feels excessive, especially considering the portion size and overall dining experience. There are several restaurants offering better value for money with similar or superior quality.

Extremely Disappointed! I Ordered from Zomato, 3 steamed and 3 fried momos from Wow momo, Hitech City but received all 6 as steamed momos. The boxes were damaged and chutney was spilled everywhere, only one or two were usable. At first, I thought maybe it was a delivery issue and didn’t blame the delivery guy. But when I opened the boxes, it was clear that thiss was a mistake from the kitchen andd let me be honest this is not the first time. The same kind of carelessness happened the last two or three times as well. I kept ignoring it, thinking it was just a one-off but now it’s clearly a pattern. tbh I’ve always loved Wow momo and ordered regularly. But ever since they started giving offers, the quality and service have dropped terribly. If you can’t handle orders properly during promotions, then don’t run offers at all. Loyal customers deserve better. Very disappointed this time.

Ordered via swiggy. Pathetic service, the restaurant serves stale, uncooked food and on top of that delivers incomplete order. Very disappointing and you guys are utterly taking undue advantage of peoples money who trust you for quality food. Unethical behaviour.

sorry to say but the outlet in madhapur inorbit mall they literally served us stale bun in moburg...also they were steaming on counter floor...what shocked me was a guy with a plate of chopped vegetable brinjal potatoes took it inside the kitchen

people were rude and did not help the customers to place an order. i couldn't order because they were not accepting dine in and forced me to order through app and they did not even help me do so. i lost my moneh and did not even get the food.

Wow momo in inorbit mall, once you inform you’ll pay through zomato dining, they charge you extra than the bill amount and try to hide it by saying including gst , after checking the bill the total amount is 459 but he charged 482

They serve cold momos, and both times I visited, they refused to let me pay through Zomato. Even after paying directly, they didn’t provide a bill. Something definitely seems off here.
