Everything is really good here overall. The staff is friendly, proper hygiene is maintained, food is super yum and most impressing is the Harry Potter theme all around. A must visit place for potter heads.

I went in with high expectations only to get disappointed by used bottles and napkins lying around on the tables, the washroom so dirty and unhygienic that someone might catch an UTI and staff members arguing and fighting very loudly with one another behind the counter. The only impressive thing was the food. 9/10 for all the dishes. Otherwise, this cafe is extremely unprofessional and I doubt how this place is even in business

the whole vibe is very low and smells bad. the food was horrible and butter beer tasted like cough syrup. napkins and plates unclean and just too bad 😫😫
