This has to be one of the top 5 cafes in the city currently. Exceptional food and coffee. Quick service despite such a rush in peak hours. The ambience is very aesthetic with both indoor and outdoor seating areas. Insta worthy cafe. Do not forget to try their Smash burgers. A distinct selection on their menu, available in various types but the beetroot and cheese smash burger is the top one. They also make one of the best Vietnamees cold brew.

It was really good. I think beverage wise they can do better, apart from that i loved everything especially lotus stem. Will visit again to try the desserts.

Had a really good experience at this cafe. The ambience was cozy and relaxing, making it a great place to spend time with friends or even work alone. The staff was polite and service handled by Mr. Arjun was fairly nice.

The ambiance is well done and creates a pleasant experience, but the food—especially the smashed burgers—doesn’t live up to the hype. The taste feels quite underwhelming and lacks the flavor you’d expect from something so talked about. It seems like more attention has gone into presentation than actual taste. While the vibe is great, the food quality definitely needs improvement to truly justify the buzz

My experience at Jacobs was not up to the mark at all. It was extremely crowded, and the staff struggled to manage orders properly. The whole place felt quite chaotic. We were served the wrong item at our table three times, which was very disappointing. The food was just average nothing extraordinary to justify the prices they charge.

Only the ambience is good .. but the food is so disappointing , so cheesy , so oily , not at all good and some tables are so small we can’t even eat properly !

Not worth the money Food tastes worst If we are paying 2500 at least make food taste good A restaurant can run for a while coz of good ambience..which is also a little hyped If you want people to come again …serve good food Ravioli -1 /10 Orange juice 1/10 Vietnamese coffee-1/10 Burrata pizza 0/10 Beetroot smash burger 3/10 (taste was okayish but it’s extreeeeeeemely expensive) Worthless place
