⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience at Jeest Sky Bar & Lounge! The ambiance is amazing with a beautiful rooftop view, delicious food, refreshing drinks, and excellent service. The staff is friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. It’s a perfect place to relax with friends and family. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable dining and lounge experience!

The service was slow, the food and bar was good. The staff was sincere and were really did very good job. The bill was unreadable and hope they take care of it. Overall would recommend.

okay place to go for, ambience is good but the singer spoils it with loud volume when there is no crowd, it's basic thing to understand how to create vibe. overall average place zing is far better and highly recommended this place falls under same roof of hyatt.

Very disappointing experience, especially considering the restaurant is located inside Hyatt. The staff seemed severely understaffed, and the service was extremely slow. We had to request water 2–3 times, and it was finally served after around 30–40 minutes. There was hardly any attention from the staff unless we repeatedly called someone over. Unfortunately, the food was also not up to the mark and did not justify the expectations or the price. I specifically chose this restaurant because it was located in Hyatt, expecting a certain standard of food and hospitality, but the overall experience was a major disappointment. The management really needs to work on staffing, attentiveness, service speed, and food quality. The experience was nowhere close to what I would expect from a restaurant associated with a reputed hotel like Hyatt.

Service was very poor and slow no one is paying attention at table. Every time we have to ask for cutlery, tissues and water. Waiting time is very high and table are very uncomfortable and untidy.

Food not upto the mark, extremely spicy any totally dry. Even the service is very poor, we waited for half hour just for our mocktails Overall, pretty bad experience!
