We went to 7 continents in Bizton for dine in. We went around 9 , the food service is way too slow. Even the dessert was served in portions for 8 people in gap of 10 mins. Every meal took more than 40 mins to serve and then they expect you leave at 12 because they need to come early next day. The staff need to have some courtesy to apologise for serving food so late. On top of that you expect the guests to consume food fast because they are getting late. Also the food quality has been degraded, salt was too much in chicken chilly and soup. They really need to work on overall service. Just keeping the price high and not serving as per the standards is really not worth it.

Food was okayish, but underwhelming if you consider the price. Service was slow and they miss basic stuff, like providing sauces with Chinese food, suggesting food combos and poor food presentation.

Yesterday we went to Bizton to celebrate my father's birthday. But the service was horrible. Their food were cold and bland. They were literally using lift to bring food from kitchen to the buffet. We paid like 4k which was way too much high. If you'll ever think of going to bizton, please check for a better restro because they are literally scamming you for a overpriced bland food which is definitely not worth your precious hard earned money.

Never judge a book by its cover !!!!! The food was pathetic and the staff was just so unprofessional in terms of service I could see families leaving the restaurant because the food took so long to serve and the quality of food was 1/10 Rating The literally did not have mineral water to serve We waited for so long just to get water If planning to go out please don’t even take this as an option

They lied to us , we ordered fish finger and asked which fish is it , directly asked Bhetki or Pasha (thought rs425 would provide Bhetki) , the waiter went inside kitchen and confirmed with chef and said it is Bhetki the costly one but they don't know , Bengali will caught it . It was Pasha (smelling hard)

The food and service was the worst I found in Jamshedpur The terrace restaurant just sucks I waited for almost an hour The chicken in chilly chicken stinks so bad you won’t be able to eat !!

The pool side rooftop's service is extremely slow. We arrived there at 7:30 PM and got our last order at 12:30 AM. Yes, you read it right, we had it the next day.
