⭐ 2.5/5 Visited around 6 PM after booking through Zomato District. The place was empty, so it was just us. Ambience: Quite nice, comfortable setting. Food: Veg Coriander Soup – Lacked flavour, just average. Butter Chicken – Too much artificial colour, tasted a little bland. Not the authentic richness I was expecting. Rotis – Had to wait for repeats, which was frustrating. Service: Staff didn’t seem attentive, almost like they assumed we were “discount customers.” That attitude really spoils the dining experience. Billing & Discounts: We were fine with thalis being excluded from discounts (clear T&C). But at billing, they said even cold drinks weren’t covered – only to later “do us a favour” by adding the discount. This is not a favour – it should be clearly mentioned upfront or a board should be displayed outside. If you’re on Zomato District, then terms should be transparent. As a restaurant owner myself (in Mumbai), I understand how District works. Guests should never feel like they’re being judged for availing discounts – it’s part of the platform. Overall: Average food, inattentive service, and unclear discount communication. Ambience is the only plus point. Definitely room for improvement.

Food was very much pathetic and does not deserve this much pricing . Although there were many 1/2 rating for this outlet but decided to check it once , my rating for food and service will be 1 only, it definitely needs to improve a lot , a lot !. In addition to food, what is annoying it’s late service in every order. Hope Amritsari Haveli notes these points and will improve in future.

we asked for mutton rara. they gave us chicken rara. when we complained about the same they changed and gave mutton rara. but it did not taste good at all. the mutton have no taste. the chicken reshmi tikka had no salt in it. it was absolutely bland

it's a completely family restaurant.. not for married couple and services was also pethatic.. we orders onion and after repeated reminders, not got it. and after payment, no body collect cheque book and suggested for the payment.
