They charged Rs 20 for mini bottles. This is so unfair . Those bottles are of just 20-30 ml. This is not expected from u guys.

The place is incongruent to its vibes, ambience is of a gastro bar for youth but you will see toddlers and family dinners being organised. Waiters needs to be more proactive. Food is ok.

The experience at Shore Pub and Bar in Kanpur has become increasingly synonymous with unprofessionalism and systemic billing malpractice. A primary concern is the staff's blatant misbehavior and lack of basic hospitality; guests are often met with a dismissive or outright hostile attitude that creates an uncomfortable dining environment. Most distressingly, the establishment appears to be intentionally disregarding confirmed Zomato bookings. Despite the platform’s clear promises of discounted pricing, the management frequently refuses to honor these rates at the time of payment. To exacerbate this, there are frequent reports of overcharging, where final bills reflect amounts significantly higher than the actual menu prices or the agreed-upon totals. This combination of "hidden" charges and the refusal to accept digital platform discounts feels like a predatory tactic rather than a service-oriented business model. For a venue in a prominent location like Swaroop Nagar, the lack of transparency and the abrasive conduct of the team are unacceptable. Potential patrons should be wary of these financial inconsistencies and the poor standard of etiquette currently being practiced.

WORST PLACE IN KANPUR As the name suggests it's only "SHOR", there is absolutely No Melody or Harmony. Made a booking, made sure I reach on time and the restaurant denied entry with the lamest reason that we have a private booking. A day before Abhishek Dubey made a call and told me that they have a private party on 25th November, I therefore revised my booking to 26th November and double checked on the availability. Obviously the management is so stupid and ignorant that they don't even care to give a call and inform on the availability changes. The people managing the place have absolutely no etiquettes and chivalry to talk to a person and to a lady. I am pretty sure if I would have spent more time and ordered food then it would be exactly as attached images here. Restaurant can claim to be sophisticated place but the mentality and ability to manage things makes it nothing better than a streetside bar (read Theka), even a roadside stall will be more professional and will serve better food than the SHOR (read Noise) My recommendation is to avoid visiting place if you don't want to ruin your evening and mood.

shor resturant service is so poor .. ambience good vibe good but service is poor ..today we face incident that we order 2 hot coffee and 1 hooka the one of staff said hooka is 1000 but they billed total 1500 only hooka we complain the staff that you said 1000 of hooka but billed 1500 how ..so he discuss with other and revert me sir we discount next time so we said we talk to your manager then manager ritik came and discuss all issues and said you paid only at zomato we discount in zomato ..so he did but after we paid in zomato extra 100 ruppes so over all bad service faced today we didn't go nxt time..very bad service by staff

The food is bad in taste, I ask for tomato sauce and they serve me tamarind chutney with Italian pizza, ambiance of the place is also not so good most importantly the lighting even I'm not able to see my food what I'm eating and, at least there should be some difference between the dance floor light and dining area light system..this place is faltu ka overrated
