Last day i had a issue with the pizza th at was delivered which was so salty. And i had wrote a complaint to pizzahut highlighting the concern. Their service was so amazing the manager himself called and told me that they would arrange another set of that same order as a compansation. He was so kind and helpful too thank you PIZZAHUT For your love and service.

The customer service was excellent. I really appreciate Ratheesh who was very prompt on queries.. He was quick to respond to an issue i had and resolved it swiftly.. Great Committment and support by him. Excellent!!

This is one of my favourite pizza hut in kochi the ambience is so nice and it's really calm to spend the free times and chill out with friends

The pizza is really good with cheese crust..it's yumm.but the pepperonis was very salty.then I ordered for a Pepsi which they compensated with a 7up which is disappointing.coz I like Pepsi with pizza.if Pepsi was not available they should have the courtesy to call n ask if I want something else instead.Being a pro co this s sad.then comes with the volcano cake which is never like the title.first of all the shape n the texture.but must say the cake was decent in taste thou it dint feel like a Lava cake.For the best pizzas and service I heartily recommend Domino's anytime.I ordered this as a secondary option since delivery from Domino's was not available.

I had ordered a combo meal with two medium pizzas & garlic bread..Pizza crust was not good..It was very soft and bread like..Garlic bread was also bad. Only the pepsi that was part of the combo was good

I ordered pizza online, what a pathetic pizza all my taste buds got disturbed. no proper saucing and pizza like big bun bread. I ordered a compo were 2 Pizza had corn in it, but I got 1 pizza with corn and other with normal nothing and only sauce and cheese and I could not even differentiate with the free Margherita pizza which I got. very bad experience. I don't know whether this was because of an unavailability of experienced chef at night.

I didn't expect my pizza to come this way where I have to figure out where all the ingredients are, I specially left a tip for the driver so that he takes special care, regardless this is the result. I respect those drivers and the urgency but please you are delivering food for someone, don't ruin the money they spent on getting that delivery.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!... I ordered one pan pizza and 1 medium pizza but they sent two pan pizzas.... More dissappointed with the store manager for his inability to revert back. Also it was blamed on the valet who delivered the food,it was NOT his mistake.

I always enjoy the pizza of Pizza Hut but today when I ordered a pizza it was too salty and I was unable to eat it. Very disappointed with pizza hut for the first time.

Absolutely pathetic pizza. It was cold and not even baked properly, very dry and not worth a bite. A total waste of my money.
