On 09/10/24, we took parcel of 1 spl. Mutton Biryani and 1 chicken biryani. After returning home we noticed that the chicken piece was missing,only rice and potato was there. The reason was obvious, it was Durga Puja rush. However we called at the restaurant, the person was very cooperative and told to cone with the bill and thus gave the chicken piece with little rice too in a container. Loved it. Kudos to Arsalan Restaurant and Caterer❤

Great food but service is quite slow. Special mutton biryani was delicious and the chicken tangri kebabs were juicy

We had to wait more than an hour for the food and it was 1 PM lunch time by the way, even for biriyani, and the last time I checked, Arsalan is a biriyani specialized restaurant, so wating for biriyani in a biriyani restaurant sounds pathetic. The food no doubt was good, but the service was pathetic.

we went to the restaurant stuff behaviour is very poor. Gossiping with other customers. Giving them special complimentary drinks. Bill made wrongly. food is really good. but disappointed with service.

horrible uncooked food. if you are ever in sodepur don't eat from here. there are far better place in sodepur than this horrible restaurant

They denied my payment and insulted me in front of other guests. They're trying to say that I ate but not paid them and showing them false payment screenshots. They were saying that they don't have any tie up with Zomato and this payment is not received, I've to pay again. But I showed them all the transaction details. After the argument at last they checked their system by opening the zomato application, which is clearly showing that already I paid them and the transaction is successful. I WANT A WRITTEN APOLOGISE MESSAGE FROM THE RESTAURANT

Ordered 1 mutton biryani and 1 special mutton biryani. The potato in the mutton biriyani was totally rotten and black from inside. This is really not expected from a brand like Arsalan.

Restaurant not accepting the payment method of Zomato . So I have to pay via credit card.. It's fraud campaign if we not received the discount at restaurant

verry bad servics and food also verry bad .staff no experience totally verry bad.poor management
