Ordered online a non-veg overloaded buffet box which can easily feed 3 people. Food was warm when delivered. It was also packed really well. There were 5types for starter including chicken, fish and prawn. Chicken Biriyani, chicken butter masala, egg curry, mutton rogan josh, 3 paratha. For dessert there was halwa, brownie,gulab jamun. They also sent raita, chutney and salad. The food is amazing and tasty. Cost is also reasonable (around 1400) Highly recommend!

The behaviour of the staffs was very good among them the guy named golak has a very good nature he treated us very well.the food was too delicious to have! our overall experience was too good 😊

Extremely poor service. The staff members are totally inefficient and impolite. Yesterday we went for a birthday dinner with friends and I must say it’s my worst experience at Barbeque Nation. The food at the buffet was mostly empty and they were taking ages to refill them. We had to wait for mutton and angoori gulag jamun for precisely 30 mins. When asked to serve non veg tandoor items one of the staff, namely Jay had the audacity of saying that “how are we supposed to understand your appetite?” Several food items like fried corn etc when asked repeatedly were not served. We asked to warm up few pieces of brownies but they only served once and did not serve it at all when asked next. They were even ok when I said that I will write about this in Zomato and give a poor feedback. They simply nodded and said ok, instead of atleast asking what went wrong..forget trying to rectify it. The food items also were not good to taste. The dessert items were just horrible. Mutton was not cooked properly…and not at all tender. All in all it was a bad experience altogether. This was my nth time that I have been to Barbeque Nation…I have been to Sector 5, City Centre 2 and even Diamond Plaza outlet several times but never have seen such bad quality staff and bad quality food. This type of food and staff behaviour at such prices for buffet dinner is highly not acceptable. Utterly disappointed. Not recommended.

Today i was invited at barbeque nation at diamond plaza. The food was pathetic.they were deliberately giving only veg starters and chicken starters.After asking for 30 mins they gave us fish that too was smelly.The main course was pathetic.I have never seen such bad service at any buffet outlet.

Their reception guy Srikant is just worst in his job role he make us wait for 20-25mints just he was busy with his family or friend who came to visit and we cant be able have our dinner because of his unprofessional behaviour

Very very disappointed..... very bad service and food as well.... quality of fish was pathetic.....try to give veg items only.....all the food was tasteless.... very bad... please don't your waste money here...

mutton bhuna was too salty and not cooked properly also in sweets gajar halwa was not cooked properly and should add some dry fruits
