Good place to hang out with friends and family,my go to place for hanging out. The store manager Rajashree is very attentive towards the guest very well behaved and professional, always greet with a smile whenever I come to visit love to be served by her.

I have been a very regular customer in barista kalyani since the last two years or so… First and foremost the manager Rajeshwari Das is the shittiest manager you’ll ever find… Being a regular client I’ve seen all shades of the staff management… She howls at the top of her voice and misbehaves with the staffs literally abusing and threatening them infront of other guests… In fact one fine day I was simply prohibited from availing any kind of service in the store… The manager doesn’t even serve regular drinking water and indirectly forces people to buy bottled water… We all very commonly know the fact that every eatery and cafe has an option of both regular and bottled water as per the customer’s choice but here in barista kalyani regular customers are very unapologetically taken for granted as well as provided with poor service… The staffs change regularly because of ill maintenance and misbehaviour from the part of the scheming manager… Hence you won’t get a very nice coffee everyday because they fail to deliver at the brand’s standards… Rajeshwari Das doesn’t even know how to manage a business and the owner of this franchise Mr. Anirban Mitra is also not at all concerned about the guest complaints… In short he lacks the basic sense and morals of carrying on a business… I loved barista once , but after they’ve rejected me on their face with NO PROPER EXPLANATION WHATSOVER WHICH IS VERY PUBLICLY DEFAMING AND HUMILIATING… I would recommend you all visitors to keep these in mind … You never know when they’ll ban you as well and humiliate you without explaining anything… The most toxic place ever… Oh by the way I forgot to mention their cups and glasses aren’t even clean and sometimes they have hair strands but with no generosity the manager chooses to argue with the clients instead of looking into the matter thoroughly… They also invade in personal conversations through their CCTVs … So beware guys… This is just not tolerable.
