Had a lovely evening here with my younger brother and it truly felt like a little slice of Paris in Kolkata 🇫🇷✨ We tried a couple of their desserts along with a rich hot chocolate, and everything was as elegant as you’d expect from Ladurée. The almond-topped pastry was beautifully crisp on the outside with a soft, buttery interior — perfectly balanced sweetness. The layered cake was light, moist, and had a delicate flavour that didn’t feel overpowering at all. The hot chocolate deserves a special mention — thick, smooth, and indulgent. Not overly sweet, just the right depth of cocoa to make it feel luxurious with every sip. The ambience is calm, classy, and very European — perfect for a relaxed evening snack or a quiet conversation. Even the detailing (cutlery, napkins, presentation) adds to the overall experience. 📍Overall: Not just about food, but the experience. Slightly premium pricing, but worth it for the quality and vibe.

Was waiting to visit this well-renowned cafe and it did not disappoint. Firstly the staff members were very cordial and even efficiently described us their items for better understanding. Barista Sanjeev made us a delicious Raspberry Latte which is a must try. Chicken and mushroom savoury croissant was so delicious 5/5 it was buttery on the inside with generous amount of filling and the crust was flaky. Was well surprised at how good the items tasted. Tea cakes were also worth their price. Will visit again x

Wonderful service! Best in class cold coffee and the cutlery is pretty beyond words! The croissant was just the right amount flaky and soft. Aesthetics brilliantly on point!

They mention that the macarons are from Paris, but the one’s I’ve had there and here are miles apart. The melt-in-your-mouth macarons have turned to hard, crispy ones lacking the original flavours whether it was due to transport conditions or storage conditions.

A must visit for an epic disappointment!! The location was previously occupied by Q33, a simple café that served way better coffee etc. at almost half the price.

What a black spot in the name of Laduree.. Pathetic coffee and macarons I ever had, the croissant portion size was tiny compared to the price and the coffee and macarons was worst I have ever tasted in my life.. Worst food experiences.. Three items payed ₹1139 and the coffee and macron’s is just so so so terrible. Wouldn’t have cared about the price if the food was good, horrendous is the only word.
