Pet Dreamland is a wonderful place to visit with your furry friends. Both pet and parents will be able to enjoy... Food quality, ambience is very good, staffs are well behaved and very patient with your fur babies. They are very friendly and will spend time with your pets while you can enjoy the food. My 2-year old labrador loved the pet menu they offer. Also, without a pinch of disgust they kept cleaning whatever territory marking my lab did at their cafe. In fact, when I offered to clean it myself (I had taken the necessary kit from home), they came forward and suggested that I leave it on them... I'm extremely happy with the kind of service they provide. On a side note: 1. Their food prep time is a little longer than standard which can be improved. 2. They also have creche, pet pool and grooming facilities.

It was my second visit with my Mum and pup. Absolutely love the place. The staff members are courteous and extremely polite. My pup was able to roam around off leash, they took care of him. also he did poop (sorry) once and the staff members immediately cleaned it without making a fuss. Top notch service. coming to food, it tasted amazing. The portion sizes are sufficient and justify the prices. They have some amazing mocktails. Love the butter garlic prawns, they're really a show stopper. They also have dog food on the menu, which is a lot. 10/10 for Pet Dreamland. Highly recommend and would definitely visit again.

I loved my visit to this cafe with my pet recently. Their expertise and hygiene is something to appreciate. There’s a swimming pool too for your pet one. The cafe serves variety of delicious items.

Good place, enjoyed a lot with all the pups around would really recommend if you have a pet and don't find places to enjoy together. Food is top notch.

Enjoyed my day with my family! Had first experience of my pet swimming. Pretty good. Service by laxmi was good and would recommend others as well

very disappointing and a terrible experience. it's supposedly a PET CAFE. but it doesn't have a pet menu. I took my dog there to celebrate her 6th birthday. but they didn't have any food options for dog other than boiled chicken. finally I ordered a Vanilla ice cream for her which costed me Rs267! Also there were no toys for dogs or any kind of entertainment and even the staff was least interested in playing with her or even taking care of her for the 10 minutes we wanted to eat (since she was bored and restless).. even the food was bad. we ordered crispy chilli babycorn and noodles. didn't like either of the items. I will never visit this place again and would not be recommending it to anyone either.

Went to the cafe with my senior Lab, had made reservation 1 day prior. The AC was not even switched on when we walked in! The place looked shabby and the washroom was stinking. Tables were not clean and they only started cleaning the pool area after we arrived. The pool didn’t look clean or hygienic at all. Charges for the pool was Rs 2000/- for 20 mins which we felt they are over charging hence we didn’t opt for it. Food was average. We left after an hour. Not a great experience overall.

Not a Pet Café. It's a cafe that is pet friendly. There's nothing for pets to do. Also, it's not a café. They don't serve coffee. Overpriced. Bland. Do not recommend. Owner - please spend more time training your staff. I was appalled by the space, amenities and hospitality. 0/10. Would've given zero stars if I could.
