as always mesmerizing ambience and food quality. I always Hangout with my Mom for their delicacy in which they are Top notch, The ice creams . Besides we had the white sauce pasta which is ome of my personal favourites and highly recommended.

I have been visiting last 1 year. I tried their special ice cream, it was blown away. Almost any items that you pick from here, you will not be disappointed.

It was a delightful experience. The cafe is so pretty and well lit. There are lot of areas where you would love to take pictures. The food is really good and tasty. Price is a bit on the higher side but staff are very warm and affectionate. The only issue is that washroom is on the first floor inside the New Empire cinema hall.

I have ordered mozzarella cheese strips. for 250+ gst around Rs.300 they have served 4 pcs only. When I have asked it was 6 pcs earlier manager told due to to low price we can serve 4 pcs only. Awful experience waste of money

Food was not up to the mark in accordance with the price. And the service oh lord! horrible disgusting and just disgusting. We paid 987 rupees for this awful dining. Please save your money by not visiting this place.

The service was very poor. Need to remind them constantly of our food and later bill. The sizzling icecream tastes nothing like usual sizzling brownie infact it wasn't even sizzling.

I had ordered their CHEESE NAAN which costed me 99rs. for 1pc. It had no cheese in it, literally noo cheese at all! It was completely dry inside just a butter polish on the top that's it. I would've then simply ordered butter naan instead?! When I complained about it, they told "Yes, it is cheese naan" I asked where's the cheese then?! It's completely dry..Not even a flavour or taste of cheese was there..they said the polish on the top of the naan was cheese...I opened up my Google showed them the picture of a cheese naan how it is supposed to be actually..and what they're serving instead..The reply I got to it was.."It's not a picture of our restaurant mam." I mean woww.. they weren't even ready to accept their fault but kept on arguing that it is cheese naan and the Google pictures I showed them weren't of their restaurant and this is how they make. I told them "As a customer, this is really disappointing and I'm not satisfied at all..I mean this quality food at this price?! Not at all worth it!" I was at least expecting a "sorry for the inconvenience..we'll try to fix it or improve it" or at least compensate for it..but no..they simply walked off..no proper customer service..really disappointed. I mean if a customer is complaining it's simply their honest feedback and they should look into it and try to improve it, it's their job and first priority but no, instead they'll argue. This was my last visit here, Thanks.

ordered chicken kadai. the chicken was stale. and also the service level was very poor
