Serafina has always been my go to place when I am there at the Quest Mall. I love their relaxed ambience. The staff is also very polite and courteous every time that we have been there. But a person usually gets pulled by a restaurant because of their food. And the food will never disappoint you. I have had pizzas, pastas and what not but these are my top recommendations if you are visiting Serafina - Risotto Mushroom (its not specifically there in the menu but they can make it for you); please try this - its the ultimate comfort food, and Pesce Fingers (which are basically fish fingers but top notch).

Hands down👏🤩🤩 Ravioli truly rocks, Truffle fries awesomely immersed in truffle oil, Roastie truly roasts the taste buds. And to end the meal on a sweet note and little space left, then Thiramisu is decadent pick-me-up dessert. I’m coming back 😍

excellant service - they wont let u serve your own food. They will make sure they listen - took care of our dietery preferences ...customised an item which was not there on the menu just for us!! extensive vegetarian options fresh food - fresh means fresh!!

Unlike other times, we did not enjoy the pizza Primavera. It had too much tomato sauce spread. Apart from that, the carbonara pasta was pretty good.

The ordered pizza was not good….no taste at all….no veggies and chickn…only the smell of cheese…not a variety of non veg Pizza….overpriced…..the chicken starter item was so so….no special taste…..expectation was high but after having food …..very much disappointed…….not to recommend anyone…..even it’s not a standard restaurant with respect to other restaurants in Quest Mall, Kolkata. In fact the food at food court , Quest Mall even far better than this restaurant….try to add some delicious cuisine and look into the quality of food also.

Out of the four dishes we ordered here, three were really subpar. The steak was great - this was the rib eye. It was cooked right. The two pasta dishes - the seafood bowtie pasta and the truffle mushroom one were simply bad. The sauce tasted like milk, the pasta was undercooked and there was simply no depth of flavour. The cost is absolutely not justified. The fries were great.

Don’t visit on special days, the team is not equipped to handle the pressure. Had to wait 50 minutes for a glass of cold drink and the pasta, even after reminding the servers repeatedly. We were served cold mains because it was prepared before the pasta. At this price point this callousness isn’t expected at all.
