Toyroom was long been on my wishlist but I was really skeptical to visit this place after reading all the negative reviews. But then I decided to go and made reservations on Thursday for Friday night out (1st December). The entry was free till 10 pm. Post that ₹3000 for couple which I found quite reasonable for a place like Toyroom. The ambience is superb , service is great. I found all the staffs very friendly and helpful. Food was okay. Fish fingers were not that good but pizza was nice. Cocktail quantity is little less compared to price. Actually food & drink is bit expensive here. For 2 of us, pocket pinch was around 5K for 2 food items along with 4 drinks ( 2 non alcoholic beverages). Music was superb. DJ was playing mostly my favourite numbers. The mascot Frank is too cute. Overall I spent a really good time at Toyroom.

Worst bar ever.They take 2k per person as cover charge.Their food is so terrible I mean the pizza was like cheese with vegies/chicken on top on thin biscuits.The are serving thin rotis with cheese and chicken/vegies in the name of pizza and my god they are charging 800 for this shit.On top all these thing the one who was standing at the entrance(the one who collects the cover charge or who greets new customers whatever its is),she told that once you enter you will understand how cool of a place this is,and she told us that some of their tables are even booked for 1lakh rupess,I mean kuchbi? 🤣🤣🤣. For ambience,it is good,but not that good to hype about sorry to say :') We visited the place on 25th December eve this year and to my surprise,we were the only one in the club till 10 O'clock, just imagine how bad a place can be that no one is visting,that too in parkstreet lol.Whatever it is,my only advice would be just don't visit the place it is horrible -infinity out of 100.Just on a side not I am giving out a brief idea about our bill,it was 9.3k(6 liits, 2 pizzas and 2 - 30ml chivas 12years old).

chaining animals to attract imbecile rich customers who can pay is not the way to do business . I implore the other humans who have an ounce of sympathy and empathy not to ptraon these kind of places . also if you go through the other comments their staffa nd food everything is trash just like their management and ideas . I m sure their are better places where you can put your hard earned money to better use . disabling getting tagged in social media won't help in any way . the dirty you'll did is already making a roar in social media . and i hope you're place closes down very soon ..you'll don't deserve to do business . there's something called goodwill which you'll menacingly lack .

I had a very bad encounter with the GM of toyroom. Mr.tabrez is highly unprofessional. He is so under confident individual that he blocked our entry just because I pointed out that the staffs of the club informed us with wrong information regarding cover charge. Highly unprofessional that he took it to the personal level and blocked our entry. Too disappointed with such reputed club that they hire such employee who is such unprofessional and doesn't now how to behave and be polite rather pointing towards the guests. #TOYROOM PLEASE HIRE ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES

worst club in the city ,I called the manager for booking and my booking also was done ,but when I went they told that there's private party going,they don't have proper communication system,this is very much pathetic, Even my friends went they told bad food and the mostly the staffs in Toy Room Kolkata is not efficient very bad training ,I request everyone not to choose this club .Worst Club and a big No to this club.

Terrible place. Visited last week with my friends. It was a total nightmare. The stuff is arrogant and rude. They think they have the right to say anything to customers. I you want to ruin your night then this is where you should go.

Bull shit place managed by a bunch of arrogant people. It is my urnest request to anyone who comes across this review not to visit this place at all. Shame on Toyroom. They treat human like animals.

I don't like any place that chains animals and encashes on their misery . for circus night you rather put your kids as clowns instead of animals. there is nothing funny about chained animals .
