the food was really good but it was pricey but worth it and a lot of items were not available and thali was pricey and had old menu on Maps which was deceiving

Food Quality is very good but quantity too less for an adult person. if u but a thali then atleast rice will offer once additionally in all restaurants. but here no option

We ordered for thali and additionally took Hilsa and mutton kosha from ala carte. We waited for 1 hour for the food to arrive. After following up for 4 times the food arrived but the staff very rudely said that it takes time for food to get ready and we have so many customers waiting for food. But making customers wait for 1 hour is it very reasonable thing to do and is it justified that there are so many customers?? If you cannot serve food at time then there is no need to accommodate so many customers. Waiting for 15-20 mins or max 30 mins is fine but 1 hour?? After following up multiple times they gave us the welcome drink after 45 minutes and the main food after 1 hour. I think they would have delayed that also if we hadnt followed up so many times. Even if anything is not ready and will take upto 1 hour they should have informed us while ordering. Secondly the mutton kosha just destroyed our experience. The mutton was undercooked and was smelling. We had one piece each and felt like vomiting. We informed the staff showing that we didnt even touch the other pieces of mutton since the experience was worst but still he didnt take any action. Utterly bad experience on a Sunday afternoon. Wont ever suggest anyone to go to this place!!

Extremely poor behaviour, Quality of the food is below average and taste is poor. On top of that, staff behaviour is too rude and very uncomforting. They are running business, no hospitality, no warmth. A gist of the situation... We got confused over their puja buffet menu... In order to experience authentic bengali food, we've ordered one veg and non-veg buffet without thinking about their price difference which is just 200.., we basically wanted to experience both the menu.... However, upon seeing my partner tasting non-veg items, they refused to serve us the veg buffet on the ground that the veg one is priced 200 less than the non veg one... I mean heights of stupidity We've been to multiple restaurants and food giants but haven't experienced any such poor staff behaviour.... Very pathetic
