Amazing place in Madurai. Serves really good and delicious food. Kari dosa was amazing. I felt prices are bit high as per quantity. But taste wise it was good experience.

Madurai they say is "Thoonga Nagaram" and so we walked into around 10 PM. But idli and parota was over :( It was late and we were with kids, so decided not to look further. The egg dosa, plain dosa and naatu kozhi roast were really good! The much talked about mutton kari dosa was ok. I am a fan of red meat but this kari dosa wasn't so amazing for me. May be chicken kari dosa is better and that's for you to check!

Madurai is my dad's hometown and he would keep raving about this place every single time we would go. Since our trips are really short and are always scheduled, we never go to try it out. This time I wanted to try it out somehow and thus we ended up going there for dinner. I'm not sure of the location, about where its located as our driver was familiar with the route . I guess google maps might work. Seatings are available in two floors, that's the ground and the first floor. It can seat upto 40-50 on the go. Our starters were two portions of Bone less chicken and spicy pepper kadai. The boneless chicken was nothing un usual of that sort. It was just the normal and tasted good. The kadai was apparently boneless but then it was full of bone and hardly had flesh in it. How can one not have a CURRY DOSA after entering Madurai that too a konar mess. So our mains include 4 portions fo curry dosa, 4 portions of egg dosa and 2 portions of mutton chukka. Curry dosa was out of the world. It had a layer of egg and mutton as the topping and it tasted incredibly good. Mutta dosa was yummy too, always liked them. Mutton chukka was spicy and was tad bit oily for my liking. We were billed INR 1800, which i felt is tad bit expensive for the portions and the service. Service and quantity can be improved.

Worst experience. Food was a total mess. No menu card. Kari dosa the dosa part was raw and the batter was not cooked and the meat on it was all totally burnt. Briyani was sweet and no flavour. They say chicken leg fry and give some damn bone wit no meat and charge u soo much. And the waiter won't attend u until u call for them. And a group of waiter I'll be chatting and u dont feel safe at all. Very costly and no quality or quantity... Don't believe the articles in internet about this hotel.

recently the hotels quality is declined i had food earlier as well earlier the food was good and hospitality as well now cooking is not upto mark i believe they changed the chef and they have started using artificial flavors and soda which were not used earlier.. request the management to review the cooking and cook as before

The worst ever experience I felt here, they are saving that they are providing traditional food but nothing is followed in traditional value, Even 10% of food is not worth for its cost

I ordered Kari dosa and thy served worst product( not cooked), top of all their attitude is worst than their product
