Wow this place cannot be missed anytime you’re in Manipal or Udupi! The friendly owner lived for some time in the US so he has nailed the American flavors perfectly. We tried the paneer firehouse burger (added pickles) and it was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had, and I’m from Los Angeles so I grew up eating burgers. The bun, sauces, patty and veg were off the charts delicious. We also had veg nachos, which tasted like authentic Mexican, and the power house salad which has humus very much like humus from the Middle East. The service was excellent, and the owner went out of his way to make sure we were happy. I highly recommend to anyone because I am positive you’ll also love this place!

I tried the Penne pink sauce pasta which was delicious, I have tried the same other place as well but cafe story pasta was rich creamy and soo good 👍 highly recommend one more thing they offer different shape ofpasta like penne, spaghetti, fettuccine, fussilli and macaroni which was unique coz other places only offer penne or spaghetti

Good packaging , pizza was really good the base was this crust . I loved the spicy chicken pizza and loaded veg and paneer pizza , highly recommend and very affordable

Watermelon cooler is a must at this place and also the Nashville burger is so flavourful with caramelised onions and pickles. Do visit this place.

Food: The food was quite decent! They have a mix of pizzas, burgers, wings, Mediterranean, beverages and then some more. 1. Falafel with hummus and pita: The hummus was genuinely quite good! 💯 The pita and the falafel were so-so. Falafel seemed a little hardy! 2. Cajun chicken pizza: The flavouring on the pizza seemed okayish but like many other places, the fact that it was overloaded with cheese was a buzz kill (P.S We had ordered for a less cheese one. Can imagine the actual quantity then 😅) 3. Litchi Iced tea: It was good. We had asked for sugar in moderation; it was perfect for our liking. The tinge of sweetness and the slight bitterness of tea was nice. The litchi flavour was a little too subtle, perhaps it was a syrup and would have made the drink sugary. Overall the drink was good. Ambience: It's cafe seating with a few tables distributed in 2 spaces separated by a division. Quite a nice cafe ambience but can tend to get noisy if full. A good place for a small gathering of 4 to 6 friends. Service and Staff: Service was decent with a little delay in the order taking. I believe they were slightly short-staffed. it was a weekend as well. No serious complaints though. Value for money: Most of the dishes ordered by us were priced at par with most other restaurants in the vicinity with a similar ambience! P.S: Worth a try! And perhaps the other dishes may turn out really good. Will update after the next visit 😌

Pathetic restaurant. Food was bad. No doubt cheap quality products are used in their food. The food didn’t taste the way it is suppose to taste. The staff doesn’t understand what the customer is asking or ordering. The guy at the reception does not know how to talk to customers and doesn’t know what authentic food tastes like. I’m a foodie, but I would never recommend anyone to go to this restaurant. Time, patience and money all will go wasted.

I found a plastic chipping with my Caesar salad. I was not given any plastic takeaway cutleries and the food was packed well, so I am sure it was a chip from the kitchen itself. Kitchen hygiene is supposed to be taken care of as ultimately your kitchen standards describe your food. But unfortunately this experience was bad enough, not looking forward for more.

horrible experience! the staff couldn't understand what we were ordering and the chef managed to make everything what it isn't supposed to be ...... thai curry didn't have coconut milk as a base .... total waste of money.

I ordered pasta from here and there was a cockroach in it! This is highly unacceptable and unhygienic. This is not acceptable from a restaurant like this.
