Had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. The food was delicious, the ambiance was great, and the service made it even better. Special thanks to Afzal and Phenri for their excellent hospitality, friendly nature, and attentive service. They truly made our visit memorable. Highly recommended!

Food is nice (had okonomiyaki pizza, tofu and yam veg sushi -all tasty and as per dietary requests) but please but some fan or ac in your waiting area for your staff and people awaiting their cars from valet .

The whole purpose of a lunch for office workers is some element of speed. That's why we thought of the pre set lunch. But terrible service, delayed food, desserts not being available despite the restaurant being not full (and is being among the first few in the restaurant) ..... the problems started and never ended. Cold food was served. When we complained 5 times about how long it was taking, the food was then served with no attention to who had ordered what. Rice was served without the accompanying gravy or vice versa. Repeated requests were ignored. One request for an allergy accommodation was made out to be the reason for the delay for everyone. And then we are told manager is coming in 10 mins but of course no one came. Then one guy (who we had seen earlier) comes and says I am the manager..... no powers or resolution then. I threatened to walk out if adequate discount was not given.... even here it became a bargaining war before we paid 50% for sub standard food and service. No attempt at recourse or offers of any recompense before we demanded really cheesed me off . Fair warning to all ..... avoid just an indifferent place

Very disappointing ! Hygiene 0- there were multiple flies on our table Improper and delayed service that too with having no crowd in the restaurant We called for manager to address our concern but the manager was also not available. We were served rice having gravy served after 10-15mins. As a complimentary we were been served Sorbet with a filthy attitude and after politely denying to the complimentary dish we were been insisted to accept it saying “ mam please have it we will any ways throw it “ Please do right selection of staff and train them well to speak to your guest ! Never ever heard such statements from any restaurant
