Really great ambience and Dining Experience. Food was good Mr Mondal and Mrs Manisha did a very pleasant job of serving us. Inspite of us dining on Valentines evening and it being a very busy evening, They made us comfortable and Took good care of all we needed. Would love to come back here!

Had good experience Azim's hospitality was great...he got started customised as per my spice level i felt the starter was fresh and juicy in main course I had mutton and it's spice level was gud not too spicy nor blend i will revisit this outlet

I had come here for dinner on valentine's day 2026, the staff was overall welcoming and good. As we were pure veg we noticed there was very less food spread for veg and none of the main course sabjis were appetizing and were extremely cold. The most disappointing thing was there was a really good soup for the non veg section but no particular soup for the veg section which was extremely sad to see. They only had rasam which was not preferred by any of my family members and most of the veg people I had seen there. The grilled starters were also very mid, the paneer wasn't cooked at all, and the mushrooms had this weird taste to it. The soya chaap was horrible. The only thing my family liked was the pineapple. Overall grill was also very very disappointing again. The crispy corn was probably the only thing I liked in my whole experience during the dinner and again the Cajun potatoes sauce tasted too sweet and fake and wasn't cooked properly. The noodles and Manchurian gravy for main course was the worst thing I've ever tasted. It all was cold and Manchurian gravy wasn't cooked properly and had no good taste to it and the noodles were bland. Then we went to the dessert section which looked extremely appetizing but was again disappointing when we tasted it. The "chef special barfi" was pure sugar and no taste and the tiramisu was just too bad. And the moong dal halwa was again too much sugar and tasted too sweet and bland. The gulab jamuns were the worst ones I've had till date. The seperate kulfi section gave us some hopes but again there was no cleanliness there and when the staff opened the freezer all the kulfies were smushed together and the staff removed them BY HAND, this was very sad to see looking at the service and that no gloves were used. The kulfis were overall very mid in taste. In conclusion, I would never visit this place again. Extremely sad to see the downgrading of this place and the options for pure veg people. The staff was good and ambience too but food was just bad.

BBN I have visited at multiple times and always found very good in food and service response by staff. But this time today 8th March 26 , It was very disgusting experience. booking taken from many peoples and kept on waiting for more than hours , then without table set up proper then Sent inside when crowd seems shouting and painic. then again worst part came when service is delayed and some start ups even not served properly. things seems not in control due to over booking and not able to handled a hungry customers. Management seems very humble and patience during this stage and tried very well nut overall I have not thought of such worst experience from BBN. secondly I have booked through District Zomato where price per veg lunch showing Rs 559 whereas they have charged me Rs 749 per veg lunch saying District apps is not updated one. needs to check by District team on this. thank you.

The food was fine. But it was my birthday we specifically had called & asked for a cake to be provided & asked the floor manager once we were done. Both confirmed. We waited & waited. Having already asked twice. It got tedious & ridiculous to ask again. So we left.
