the food was absolutely amazing and the ambiance was great. The way you give your order by writing it on a note pad and sticking it to the magnetic chain was really fun.

The food is good but the service is not that good. there should be enough tissues. a packed water bottle should be kept on the table, if the guests consume then they can charge.

The food is good. But the staff needs to be trained. There was no water on our table and they don’t even ask you for water which is the least they can do. We ordered drinks alongside our food. But we were not served drinks even after we had finished our food. Even after asking the staff about when will get the drinks, their response was “should we cancel it?” I did not like this behaviour. Please put your staff through a hospitality training.

Food was okay, Didn't really like the Milshake... mac& cheese was good, liked it. for Chocolate Brownie they took about 30 mins to serve, it seems as if they forgot the order... I had to remind them again of that. 7.5% Service Charge along with GST, and when asked to remove the Service charge the staff was saying it's for the Welfare or the staff and it's already mentioned in the menu about the 7.5 Service charge. first of all it should be Optional where already GST is added in the bill. felt like mandatory payment 😕. not sure again I'll visit such a Cafe.

one of the worst restaurants I have ever eaten at. Chicken wings tasted foul, probably frozen and stale. pizza base was hard and was a readymade one. not even kneaded by self. rates are exorbitantly high for this quality and quantity. the restaurant is severly understaffed. they don't even look at your table unless called out atleast twice. the only good thing about the restaurant is the ambience and the mechanised chain that runs on the top to collect orders.

Not a great experience, at the same time found very expensive compared to the quality they offered, Ordered Nachos and they were not in house made, looked like a mad angels packet was kept in front with no proper toppings or dressing the experience for pizza was also disappointing, it was very basic someone at home could have made the same or better version, all in avoid a visit here

rude behaviour no manner how to talk & no taste in pizza worst pizza I ever had if we have not to pay service charge then u have pay in cash only then u can't pay from zomato app
