Great dining experience at Fleur. The ambience is very relaxing. Our waiter, Ravindra took good care of us. Got some complementary nachos because the food would take 20 mins to come. Also got some complementary desserts at the end. Portion size was great and food tasted good as well.

The one star rating is mainly for Ankit who spoke very rudely with me on call upon asking for the menu of the day. I called 3 times.. texted 4 times and every single time I was told I will get the menu within 5mins. On my last call Ankit said “we’re not just sitting idle to send you a msg.. we have other work too..” I said I wanted to speak to a manager.. Ankit said she’s on a break.. I asked him to tell her to call me back.. but I never heard from anyone! Disgusting! Distasteful! Unprofessional behaviour! is this the standard of your hospitality Dear Fern? Buffet is not worth the price. As compared to other buffet restaurants, Fleur offers almost 50% less options in buffet. They hardly have 3 starters, no softdrinks/mocktails/juices/welcome drinks. Main course does not offer south indian items nor pizza. Desserts were extremely poor choices and all artificially flavoured with fruit jelly which tastes very bad. The service was extremely poor and slow.

Easter Brunch at Cafe Fluer Had a wonderful Easter brunch experience! The staff was warm, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. The food was absolutely amazing, with a great variety and beautifully presented dishes. The desserts were the highlight—delicious, fresh, and perfectly indulgent. Overall, a delightful and memorable celebration. Highly recommended for special occasions!

To start with the Manager was very rude and didn't know how to politely request the customer. The plates and the utensils were not clean. There were fruit flies hovering on fruits. The food was ice cold. The food spread was limited for a buffet. Overall, it was not a good experience.

the food quality and service was very poor. veg kolhapuri and lasun palak were worst in taste. the butter garlic nan came without butter, repeat roti order was interchanged. ask for water and serving many times. overall experience was very bad

Everything good food, ambience,service by rohan , ravindra, vanilshikha was excellent...looking forward for more visits thanks
