Burgers are awesome. Must try item on the menu.You can order as per your budget as it suits everyones wallet.Value burgers . Burger lovers please head to this place. Have been eating and ordering for over 3 years and am never disappointed . Owners are friendly and do understand what you need. Love chilling with a coffee and fries . Gives you a feel of an Open Air italian cafe.

I try to hot & spicy chicken pizza in cafe sacro the test was too good.... And and base is crispy I really enjoy with my friends

Cafe Sacro serves delicious Italian food ranging from burgers to fries, Pastas to Kebabs! Their pizza is quite unique as showed in the photo❤️ burgers are bigger in size as compared to other fast food outlets. Only thing we did not like was Harabhara kebab. Visiting again soon!

Nice place to chill with friends. Ambience is good. Food is also great. We ordered shakes,fries, burgers and sandwiches and the quantity is quite good and filling. Happy customer❤️

Good food, Good ambiance, Decent Pricing. Good place to hang out with friends or chilling after shopping in the mall. Service was good as well. Will go again <3

This is related to Rohit Karan's review and to clarify the situation. I want to give my unbiased opinion. I have been to this cafe since the time it has opened in the company of my friends and family(You can find my initial 5 star review of Sacro's when it was new). Anyway, 5 of us had gone there on a sunny afternoon, ordered for nachos and a few other dishes. Firstly, even water was served only when I specifically asked it. Secondly, my friend politely requested if the cheese sauce can be served separately as it makes the nachos soggy. To this the staff was reluctant and she said she will have to ask the chef if that's possible. We understood as that was fair enough. Later, after sometime, she came back to us saying the chef declined, to which we said its okay, please cancel the nachos. She again hurried to the kitchen and came back to us saying the order is ready. The owner got the nachos along with his arrogant attitude and let me quote he clearly said "This is the only time we adjusted, there won't be a next time.We do not customise anything, it is not our style" To which my friend said its okay we could have cancelled the nachos and gotten something else. AND THAT WAS THE END OF CONVERSATION. Let me be clear THAT WE DID NOT RETURN THE ORDER or INSULT/MAKE THE STAFF CRY like the owner ALLEGES. Stop lying through your teeth to gain sympathy, please have some basic decency man.Like you said, customers cannot disrespect the staff(WHICH WE DID NOT) Please practice what you preach before you point fingers at others. You cannot go around shouting at customers and creating a ruckus as you please. Also, get your facts right. Previously(before covid),there was a time when we asked for non veg nachos and you gave us veg so that's when we sent it back cause it was a genuine mistake from your side. Please check the camera records for that day too, as you seem to be so interested to threaten us with your camera recordings. AND WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY STOP SHOWING OFF IN FRONT OF WOMEN? Hello moral police, my friend was not showing off at all, we were just having our own good time. But looks like you want to blow everything out of proportion.Apologies for writing such an essay, but it was important to clear that "People with power need to learn some humility too". And to quote you again in a better way, "Respect cannot be demanded, but earned". So I hope you raise your standards too just like you raised your voice that day :) I have not kept any animosity in my heart and have still visited the cafe after bad experiences, but please for God's sake don't take your loyalty for granted :)

Very unprofessional behaviour from the owners of the cafe . Inspite of being a regular customer the hospitality of the owners was bad towards us . Infact staff members were courteous and well spoken but apparently now the cafe is run by owners. I am a cafe enthusiast and have been to all the cafe around Navi mumbai and had never written such a review but to this cafe , I will make an exception and would sincerely urge you to think twice before visiting. Do not opt this cafe if you going for a good mood as they can ruin it very easily. Extremely rude behaviour of the lady and the owner guy. You can ignore the vibe till its not bothering but when it’s evident you cannot. I so wish I could give negative rating but I'll stick to 1.

The portion size was terrible and the burger buns were stale. Staff wasn’t helpful or friendly at all. Plus the service was not upto the mark wait times for food was quiet a bit.
