The Restaurant Manager Mr. Basant Thapa is extremely well spoken, polite and very helpful. Has always recomended very best in our different trips. The entire team is service focusee and the food is always very impressive.

Went with 8 friends, we were an all women group. Took their Buffet option.service is ok. veg starters were decent but non veg starters were very very bad, especially their fish was very tasteless. chaat was good but the server didn't want to serve second round, we all got 1 pani puri and 1 sev puri. Main course was decent but desserts were pathetic. Jalebi was atleast 1 day old, the syrup inside was solidified to white sugar. Rabdee was sour. Horrible Horrible Horrible. Paid INR 800 pp.

Rara mutton was tasteless very bland it was like putting boiled mutton in half done keema.Never expected this kind from caravan Sarai.

well to begin with the maincourse was very thick and spicy inspite of asking for gravy variant mildly spiced.The taste resembled a roadside dhaba eatery. When pointed out they offered to change it making it even thicker. So the issue was politely informed to the manager Mr. Altaf who took it too personally and asked us gruffly whether we wanted it or NOT! and did not address the issue with patience. Mr. Altaf being in the hospitality industry lacked basic courtesy. On the other hand the manager from Chinagate was kind enough to listen to us patiently and even offered to change the order which we declined. Later he offered complimentary sweets.Since we have always liked the food here this time we were let down more by the behaviour of the manager.

We went in a group of 19 and pre booked the buffet. The vegetarian options were really limited and didn't even taste fine. The non- vegetarian options were there but the taste for them also was very okish. The desserts were not fresh at all. the peas pulav was not cooked properly. i have never had this bad experience anywhere.

Yesterday v went for dinner and ordered Atishe murg on their recommendation which was pathetic.The pieces of chicken were so hard. Chatni served was stale Prantha served was burnt.Quality of food of this restaurant is going down day by day.
