filter coffee is amazing, food is great, little expensive but if the price goes down a little then the place will be amazing, plus Zomato discount is amazing

All time favorite place. Chai was super duper good. They have many breakfast options to choose from. Pyaz Paratha was the star dish. Highly recommended from my side.

Everytime I come to Peninsula, I always come here to have Irani chai. It is their best and must have is double anda peppy roll. Today, I asked for Irani chai cutting and because they didn't have cutting cup I had to buy small instead and oay extra ₹40 for two. I find this silly, they could have instead offered to give me cutting in a small cup. Why should a customer pay for more if you don't have the right cup.

Regular Customer, since I stay in South Mumbai, roughly around 6 kms from their outlet in LP, usually it is my go to place for ordering breakfast early morning but since past two orders, their service is not good. Today I ordered the Alu Tikki burger combo because in 79 ₹ they give two tikkis which is value for money than Mc D but their outlet called me and said it is not available and they forgot to turn off the combo option but this was a lame excuse as the item was still available after their call. So I believe that it is one of their strategies to sell those items whose demand is less and if that is the case then it is a shame because you are forcing a person who paid you money to eat what you want them to eat. Completely unethical way of doing business. My previous order was also sent incomplete inspite of they accepting my request to send extra Maggi instead of tea and I have the screenshot to prove my statement. To be honest for me it is better to switch to Tea Post now

I have been ordering for quite a long time. and since the past few orders chai point has become pathetic. the food is great but if the items are not available they wait till the delivery guy reaches and then cancels the order 1 hour later. what is zomato doing? is this the process? shouldn't customers be informed as soon as the order is placed. I ordered my breakfast, instead of screaming at the restaurant staff I ended up taking it out on the zomato support, why? cuz there is no number to the restaurant. some random person always picks up and says wrong number. Rubbish. doesn't prioritise customer support. sadly will stop ordering from here.

Worse coffee, the guy who made it was absolutely clueless, 1st he served me cold coffee without sugar, when I pointed it out, he said I have put sugar than went on to remake it, than it tasted absolutely horrible, they were severely understaffed and the people working there had no clue what to do, won't ever go there ever again

Absolute waste of money. They serve you cuppa poha for Rs109 I mean come on If I wanted to eat that kinda poha I would have bought Maggie poha packet for merely Rs30. Then Samosa the stale one had sour outer cover and super spicy stuffing. Chai was ok ok.

Worst Tea. You pay high amount of money to get roadside tea. Strictly avoid. Don't waste your money. I had to fight with Zomato to give me a full refund. 😤
