I’ve had their tiramisu in the restaurant and it was amazing. However the frozen tiramisu they sell for takeaway is so disappointing, where’s the soaked ladyfingers? Why aren’t we getting the same quality for takeaways?

the food was great but the restaurant staff attitude is the WORST. The woman at the entrance could not find the reservation after themselves having called to confirm it 2 times. Our server and one of the managers were extremely condescending and acted as if we didn't know what italian food was or had just seen civilization for the first time. The manager recommended desserts with eggs after repeatedly informing them that some members of our party did not eat egg. If it hadn't been for the complete lack of competence and respect from the staff, this would've been a great experience. I regret giving them service charges since the "service" was a farce.

The food was average. Overall, it's overhyped and not worth the price. They also added a mandatory 10% service charge to the bill, even though service charges should be optional and clearly disclosed to customers beforehand.
