Dan Dan Noodles - 3/5, Chipotle Paneer Puff - 3/5, Vietnamese Iced Coffee - 3/5, Classic Nachos- 1/5 and Basque Chocolate Cheese Cake - 2.7/5. My constructive criticism would be to assign specific staff to specific tables as we spoke to 5 different employees for 5 different things in the span of two hours. This leads to very slow service. Plus they missed adding one of the items to our bill and we had to point that out. Such mistakes can lead to unnecessary avoidable losses. Overall sweet staff.

Service was not good at all. There were 5-6 servers still they were not alert enough to realise which table is calling out to them or needs them. Asked for tissues but were not given. Had to ask twice. They didn’t even clear the table once we were done with our food and wanted to order dessert. Had to keep calling out to them everytime. Some of the things on menu were not even available. Not a very good experience this time.

Ramen was a big disappointment..served literally lukewarm..tasteless n bland too .the paneer tikka sandwich n pasta was good.no value for money though

The staff was lost. Half the things weren’t available on the menu. They didn’t even bother to get back on the list of sandwiches available. I was with a baby and actually walked out hungry. The Cold coffees were below average. They didn’t care of any of the above. One staff said he’s placing order and the order never came. Very very disappointing.

Service was not up to the mark ..it’s the 3rd time have spotted a cockroach in our seating area…the pizza tasted stale ..coffee has cooled down bdt it was got to the table You guys need to up your game …management is doing an average job .. Hope no one has such an experience there

Zomato dining offers have now mostly turned into a scam. 250 rs as convience fees for payment offer. Effectively, you end up paying even more. On top of that, the to be charged amount is not displayed pre-handed. Broken business model desperate for gathering revenue instead of being transparent and build trust in system. specifically for services in restaurant: had dined previously as well, seemed something off today in taste, must be occasional flip, which otherwise is usually nice. Extra Dark Hot chocolate is Yumm

no food available. given a. coupon of 200 flat and at the same. time. deducted 319 as handling fee. very unethical and unprofessional. no point giving 200 R's coupon if you have to decide 319 handling fee. highly disappointed.
