I had a booking of 8 pm, we had informed them that we'd be running 30 mins late and they said that won't be an issue and we'd get a table. We reached the restaurant at 8:30, we got a table around 9:30. Between all of this, the manager was not ready to answer us, just passing us by like we were nobodies. He wasn't answering our questions, in fact he was straight up ignoring us. I can understand that it was a Saturday and was quite busy, but that is exactly why we booked a table and had informed that we might run a little late.

The basa fish - lemon butter fish was not fresh. The straw served with the beverage had a stench. Finally the vanilla ice-cream served with biscoff cake was completely melted.

the food was mid, but the staff here is so unhelpful and literally did not cooperate even though I went here for my birthday, me and my 5 other friends we were 3 couples were taking pictures on a Monday evening, which means there was literally very less crowd, one the very arrogant and shameless staff came up to us and asked us to stop taking pictures and get out of the cafe, it literally made us all so angry and it was so disappointing to a point where we had to leave. Do not recommend this place at all!

Worst experience ever. Despite having a prior booking on District, we were made to wait 30 minutes for our table. While waiting at the bar, we ordered drinks and food, but once we were finally seated, the food was nowhere to be found. When we asked the staff about it, there was no response and the food never arrived. Was it wasted and thrown away? I understand it was a weekend and the place was busy, but that's exactly why you need to hire more staff or improve your systems. Completely unacceptable.

worst place, the staff is very arrogant and rude, the food is literally mid and expensive, do not recommend, I had a very bad staff experience here on my special bday! very disappointing
