Fire Bowl is located right on the main road, so you can't really miss in the row of restaurants. I have been regularly going to this place for their excellent Chines cuisine. Fire Bowl's Burmese soup is definitely worth a try. Additionally, their chilly chicken and Haka noodles are equally good. The quantum of food is rather large and filling. Overall, staff is courteous and understands the customer requirements. However, the overall decor needs improvement. Additionally, delivery time is slightly on the slower side.

Food and service is good as usual. Chicken lollipops were a bit overcooked due to which they were too hard to eat. The sofa seating has to be lowered. It's been this height forever and very uncomfortable as the table gets lower as compared to it.

Fire Bowl is a relaxed little spot in Lokhandwala, specializing in Indian Chinese cuisine, perfect for a small gathering of up to six people. With a simple yet pleasant ambience, it’s a comfortable place to enjoy a casual meal with friends or family. Be prepared for a bit of a wait, typically around 20-25 minutes, as the seating is limited and the place is often in demand. The food here is decent, though not groundbreaking. Portions are satisfying, and while the flavours are enjoyable, they may not leave a lasting impression. The pricing is a bit on the higher side, so keep that in mind when planning your outing. One area for improvement is the service. During my visit, there were only 2-3 waiters on hand, which slowed things down, particularly during peak hours. That said, the staff members were polite, friendly, and professional, making the experience pleasant despite the slight delay. Overall, Fire Bowl is a good spot if you’re looking for a relaxed meal with decent Indian Chinese options, but be ready for a wait and moderate service times.

The food at Fire Bowl is generally good, but the service fell short of expectations. I ordered the combo rice with gravy and requested a modification to Schezwan rice instead of fried rice, offering to pay extra. Unfortunately, the waiter declined without explanation or apology. A more flexible approach to customized orders would enhance the dining experience. While the food is tasty, the staff could benefit from training on customer service and adaptability. With a bit more focus on customer satisfaction.

I have been a fan of fire bowl since last 10-12 years, their food is really amazing. But today I want to share my recent experience at their Oshiwara outlet. I visited the place 2 weeks ago on a Thursday afternoon, the place was quiet empty, just 2 people eating lunch, who left after 10 minutes, I was there with my girlfriend for a date. The food was as usual amazing! No doubt about it! Hats off to them for maintaining the quality and quantity. But the major disappointment was the staff that was there on duty, I was sitting by the table near fish tank, we were trying to enjoy our date, but Mr. Vijay and Mr. Ram were talking pretty loudly near the counter, which really made us lose interest in the food altogether. And for the menu prices the service was also very bad, no one was paying attention to our table we had to wait to get spoons and forks as well, I checked there were 2 captains and 1 waiter on duty and just one set of table to attend. Even though the food is great the staff behaviour is making me think twice to visit the place again. I would request Raj uncle and Rupam uncle to please look into the matter, it really makes the brand look very bad. Especially when the food is amazing. It's just these small things that damages the reputation of the brand.

Zero consideration to even listen, let alone understand allergy to some items. When called to speak and check if the food contained any of the allergens, the host mentioned he has "too much work" to check in the kitchen. So a person should die because the host has too much work instead of him checking with the kitchen in a minute or two? Appalling service. Never eating here again. Also, making sure all family, friends and their families also never buy from here. It's not like this is the only place to eat Asian food.

Had ordered Hong kong rice & paneer chilly dry. The rice shown on zomato was red & the actual rice which came was green. Secondly, the rice had some typical after smell which was like fish. We being pure vegetarians could not eat even a single bite & had to throw the entire rice in the bin. Next time would never ever order from a non-veg restaurant on zomato 😠😠

Hands down one of the worst restaurant to order from. Staff will blatantly lie to your face when they send you the wrong order. Ordered twice from here and found a roach in my soup and fried rice both times. Zomato really needs to stop selling ratings and have genuine reviews for restaurant. This is a 2.0 restaurant at best, 4+ is a joke.
