the food, drinks, ambience nd service all is good. From the start we were 3 of us and requested if we could seat on d sofa and they were OK then drinks were served with a style of dry ice, loved it. Fold was also good Finally the owner came and spoke to us it was so warm and comfortable. Will visit again.

#no JAIN options for starters or main course. Absolutely unusual specially in mumbai restaurant . #sizzler ordered in jain was extremely spicy no taste at all. #starter ordered was sweet. should be warned by the waiter while ordered.. #brownie ordered wasn't fresh hence was asked to cancel

Very disappointing and misleading experience at Gola Bar & Restaurant, Sakinaka. I visited this restaurant with my wife after seeing a 30% OFF offer on Zomato, where the discount appeared to apply to the entire bill. After ordering food and drinks, our total bill came to ₹1,524. When I informed the waiter that I would pay through Zomato, I was told that the discount does not apply to alcohol and that I had to pay for the liquor separately. When I pointed out that Zomato was showing the offer on the entire bill, the waiter casually replied, "Zomato wale kuch bhi dikhate hain." If the offer has exclusions, they should be clearly communicated before customers place their order, not after the bill is generated. Misleading customers and then shifting the blame to Zomato is highly unprofessional. I didn't argue because I was with my wife, but this kind of behavior is unacceptable. Either honour the offer displayed on Zomato or clearly mention the terms in advance. I hope the management takes responsibility instead of misleading customers.

Visited Gola Multi Cuisine Restaurant & Bar, Marol (Times Square) for the second time with my family, but this visit was disappointing. The ambiance and live singer were excellent and created a wonderful atmosphere. The mocktails were also beautifully presented and tasty. Unfortunately, the food quality and service did not match the prices charged. The captain was polite but not attentive, even though the restaurant was not busy. The Gola Special Crispy Chicken was hard, chewy, and served cold. The Chicken Dum Biryani (Regular) portion was far too small for the price, and the salan tasted overly salty and seemed ready-made. It also felt like customers booking through online offers were not given the same level of service, which was disappointing. Suggestion: Please improve the food quality, portion sizes, and customer service. Based on this experience, I would think twice before visiting or recommending this restaurant again.
