I visited this place on a Saturday. My usual go to spot is Poptates, whenever I go to Kohinoor Square, however, this time there was a long waiting and I did not have that kind of time to wait. I decided to go on the second floor and pay visit to Gracias. Their ambience is so beautiful and pretty. At first, I was a bit hesitant, given all the negative reviews on Zomato. However, we tried this place out and it was amazing! - we had some beers 🍻 - Fiesta Nachos (basically loaded nachos) they were bomb! 🔥 for the first time in my life. I had such good nachos which were fully loaded till the very end, not like just on top, but till the very end, there was Dressing and beans and stuff. 5/5 - Margarita pizza- yum! Worth the price 3.5/5 so cheesy and perfectly balanced with the basil. I will definitely try their sizzler next time!

the food there was amazing the we tried cheese ball,pizza,garlic bread,paneer crispy and Punjabi it was amazing and pocket friendly

If patience is your virtue and disappointment your hobby, this is the place for you. Visited this restaurant and honestly, I think I unlocked a new level of regret. Half the items on the menu exist purely for decoration — a beautiful illusion. When you ask about them, the staff acts like you just requested a unicorn steak. Out of the five things they did have, each took so long to arrive I started contemplating my life choices. The entire restaurant seemed to be managed by one overworked soul — waiter, cashier, and probably security guard all in one. When the food finally arrived, it came with a surprise element — either your tongue will catch fire or your sugar levels will spike. Balance? Never heard of her. We asked for water. 20 minutes later, it arrived like a guest appearance in a movie. Plates? Had to remind them, twice. Lights? “Sorry, can’t be done.” Air conditioning? “Not your section, ma’am.” The daal came before the roti or sabzi, like an uninvited guest showing up early to a party. In short — if you enjoy hunger, darkness, and confusion with a side of attitude, go for it. Otherwise, save your sanity (and your stomach) and eat literally anywhere else.

Horrible food quality and top it with argumentative manager/ owner who doesn't accept that the food quality was bad. The paneer was stale in one of the dishes. Refused to accept, charged us for it. Even when we agreed that for rest of the dishes it was fine only in one dish it had gone sour. He thought we were trying to get out of paying for one dish when we paid a bill of more than Rs 7500. Had arranged a birthday party there. Don't organise any of your parties there if you want to have a good time and you don't want your mood spoilt. Worst quality food and even worst management

probably short of hands, delay in serving and many were complaining sizzler had sauce just enough to sizzle and they were not ready to serve additional sauce even at cost hospitality was only limited to smile of Waiter, unlike Landmark at Malad do not recommend and will not go again

Very Very Very Bad Service, food is anyways not good + the person who manages the tables is totally pathetic. She doesn't even keep the names of the customers who have arrived She gives entry to people with groups and doesn't even give importance to the people arrived early

Pathetic food pathetic service ..They make me wait for almost half hour for tasteless food. This is what happens when two persons (waiters) try to manage one table . Must not try : paneer lababdar .

Dead fly in the water container. Took 15 min to bring finger bowl. Another 15 min to clean the table. Had to call the waiter 3 to 4 times before they even paid attention Food is tasty.
