If i could Rate more then 5 it would have been 💯. we ordered Jain food & its not easily nice at any general place... But now i think after being here, i will never try non jain food coz i am a fan of Jain food here. ❤️🤗 Service & ambience was also perfect!

The food and the ambience was good and so was the service. Best Gujarati thali you’ll get in and around this area. Worth the money. Even their Italian and Mexican dishes were really good.

The place is just a few kilometers from the contours of Eastern Express Highway. There's absolutely no music, which may slightly downtrod your mood, but at the same time, the place is quite laid back and you can have your chit chat with friends/family without any distortions as the ambiance is quite familial and good. I visited this place in January 2021. We reached the place at 6 P.M. and we were told that we could be served neither with Chinese nor with Indian food as the chef himself arrives at 7. Basically our entire feast had to be restricted to the continental dishes which had quite limited options. It was appalling as it was a weekend and the hustle and bustle of people could've been foreseen and prepared for rather than being unbeknownst for. Here are the things we tried - Paneer Tit Bits- The paneer was fresh and marinated well. It was adorned with a good amount of veggies. The portion size was quite magnanimous but the gravy seemed sweet, sans any chutney, as if it was marinated in tomato ketchup! Pink Sauce and Mexican Pasta- We only had pastas and pizzas available in the main course and we went with pasta. Both the pastas tasted great. The dishes were garnished only with olives, corn and crushed nachos. The creamy gravy took the relish up a notch! There were ostensibly no other veggies and the garlic breads served were trivial as usual. The only shortcoming was that the pastas were way piquant!. The amount of salt could be lessened. The staff is very polite, courteous and upright with the menu! We'd appreciate if the plates are changed after at least 2 dishes served as the assorted gravies cause a bit of disparity. 3 stars!

The name says IDC (Idli Dosa Center) but they did not have South Indian. When we got to know after ordering the starters I checked with the Manager if there is a better way to inform customers before hand when they enter the restaurant either verbally or by way of a notice or something but his reply was simply "We cannot inform every customer" with a rude tone as if he doesnt care. On asking further I realised he was not the owner and working there as a manager so I was not surprised with the rudeness. Even while we were waiting ( group of 20) we had to wait till we confirmed that the last 3 ppl are reaching in 5 mins else we were asked to wait(restaurant was empty) outside with senior citizens. Manager needs some customer handling skills as his rudeness spoils the dining experience.

Very bad hospitality the owner MR Yatrik cheated on me we informed prior that we have a family function and around 25 thalis to be arranged however due to some uncertainties 4 guests didn’t showup for thw same so we asked for 21 thalis but as per our conversation with owner and also given him a 2000rs booking charges he still added all 25 thalis amount and he mentioned while taking advance booking that thali jitne log honge utna charge hoga this was his words but he lied and cheated us saying that we booked for 30 thalis that is still ok but he also charged for 25 thalis instead of 21 thalis and he took the whole amount of 25 thalis and when we asked him that if you are charging us more for 4 thalis than pls pack that food so that we can take it home or we can give it to beggars outside so that they can atleast have a one time meal and even i would satisfaction that my money is not wasted but he denied saying that ki humlog parcel nahi dete we even asked that atleast give us a limited thali in that extra money he took but hè refused to give me he is a cheater and looted us by all his fake words and not a trustworthy person

if I had the option, I would have given Granville zero rating. Ground floor was booked for somebody's function, hence we were asked to go up. there it was looking like terrace which is just being covered by cloth from all sides. so ambience was zero. we ordered rumali masala papad from menu, but he said we don't keep it. we ordered biryani, but it was absolutely pathetic. some old vegetable was used, I was feeling heart burn after that, which also made me vomit. it was an awful experience

The only thing worse than the food quality of this shithole is the way the manages speak to you when you complain. I have attached photos of the quality of food I received full of water and then when I called to complain I was told very proudly by the manager Ram Singh and Yatric that this is the quality we serve you can return if you don’t want. AVOID ODERING FROM HERE

The Food I ordered paneer Handi- was really Bad in taste, I felt like Puking it, and even not fresh to eat, I felt like I was eating it forcefully, the serving people was on head for taking order, felt uncomfortable. Wouldn’t suggest any foodie people to visit over here !!
